Does it email or text my clients?
No. Nothing is sent from this app. It builds and keeps the list of who is due for a review; contacting them is yours.
Does it alert me when rates drop?
No. There is no rate feed and no rate-drop detection anywhere in OneBookPlus. The two triggers are the settlement anniversary and the end of a fixed term.
Can I import my existing loan book?
There is no bulk importer for a broker book yet. Deals are recorded in OneBookPlus as you write them, and reviews schedule from the ones marked settled.
Why is it free now?
It used to be a paid app on the promise of automated email and SMS. That was never built, so we took the price off rather than keep charging for it.
