OneBookPlus is built for Australian businesses. Invoices, GST, BAS and award rates follow ATO and Fair Work rules. We do not support overseas tax rules yet.
Card and bank-debit payments taken through OneBookPlus, on an invoice or a booking page, carry a platform fee of up to 2.5% on top of Stripe's own processing fees. An active paid subscription includes the payment rail, so a subscriber pays no platform fee; the Free plan and the days of a trial before you subscribe pay the standard rate. There is no fee at all when a customer pays you by bank transfer or cash you record in the app.

Why switch
One subscription replaces your stack
Most small businesses end up paying for a separate tool for every job: one app for invoicing and accounting, another for online bookings, another for the customer list, another for email marketing, and, for trades, yet another for quoting and job management. Each one is its own login, its own bill, and its own island of data you re-key by hand. Priced at each vendorโs own cheapest published plan, a stack like that comes to $66/mo + US$30/mo + Mailchimp once every piece is added up.
OneBookPlus folds all of that into one subscription. Invoicing and accounting take the place of Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks; the built-in booking pages replace Calendly and Fresha; the contacts and deals pipeline replace a standalone CRM like HubSpot; the campaign tools replace Mailchimp; and for tradies, the quoting and job pipeline replace field-service apps like ServiceM8 and Tradify.
Because everything shares one database, a quote becomes an invoice becomes a payment becomes a line in your accounts without anyone retyping it: no double-entry, no overlapping subscriptions, no data silos. Priced at each vendorโs own cheapest published plan, that stack comes to $66/mo + US$30/mo + Mailchimp. Vendor prices verified 2 August 2026. The tool-by-tool comparisons below are the evidence: each one shows exactly which paid product OneBookPlus stands in for.

Tax, sorted
GST & BAS, sorted as you invoice
If you're a sole trader, tradie or service business registered for GST, the ATO expects you to report the GST you collect and claim, usually on a quarterly Business Activity Statement (BAS). OneBookPlus makes that a by-product of normal work instead of a separate end-of-quarter scramble.
It runs as one pipeline: invoice, then accounts, then BAS. Every GST-inclusive invoice you send is calculated with the right tax and posted straight into your accounts, so it already counts toward your next statement, no spreadsheet reconciliation at quarter-end. Turn a quote into an invoice in one click, send it, and the numbers flow through on their own. ABN validation keeps your customer and supplier records clean for reporting.
Profit & loss, GST and BAS reports are built in from the Starter plan. They aren't locked behind a higher tier or left as a weekend export job. If you also run staff, the payroll & rostering add-on extends the same pipeline: pay runs post straight to your accounts, with Australian award rates, PAYG and super worked out and timesheets feeding the pay run.

Common questions
Billing, limits, GST, refunds and switching, answered straight.
Is GST included in the price?
Yes. Every price on this page is in AUD and includes GST, and checkout charges exactly the price shown (GST is collected inclusively via Stripe Tax, so there is no surprise 10% at the till). We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The Starter, Plus and Growth plans all come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan needs no card and never expires, and the 14-day trial of any paid plan starts without a card too. You only enter payment details when you actively choose to subscribe.
Do you charge per user?
Each plan includes a set number of logins: 1 on Free, 3 on Starter, 5 on Plus and 10 on Growth. On Growth an extra login is $9/mo, prorated onto the same invoice, so an eleventh hire costs $9 and not a new plan. Rostered staff who never sign in (instructors, cleaners, stylists) are free and unlimited on every plan. You are never charged per user for the people you roster, only for the people who sign in, and no plan silently doubles when you hire.
What happens if I go over the Free plan's limits?
Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged. When you reach a monthly limit (for example 10 invoices or 5 quotes in a month), creating another one is simply paused until the counter resets on the 1st of the next month, or instantly unlocked by upgrading. All your existing invoices, quotes, contacts and history stay intact and fully accessible. Two Free limits are not monthly counters and never reset: 250 contacts, and 1 active repeating booking series. A repeating series stops counting once its last booking is in the past or cancelled, so the slot frees itself up. The series you already have keeps running either way: you can always add more weeks to it, reschedule it, reassign it, skip a week or cancel it on the Free plan.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately. If you downgrade, you'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, there are no lock-in contracts. Cancel from Settings, then Billing. On a monthly plan access runs to the end of the month you have paid for. On an annual plan the 12-month term runs to its end and then does not renew; if you change your mind within 14 days of the charge we refund it in full, after that there is no pro-rata refund for the unused months.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves you 2 months (pay for 10, get 12), charged as one payment up front for a 12-month term. You can switch to annual from Settings, then Billing at any time. The plan cards default to monthly; use the toggle above them to see annual prices.
What is your refund policy?
If a trial converted before you intended, you were charged after cancelling, you were billed twice, a platform fault stopped you using the service, or you changed your mind about an annual plan, email us within 14 days of the charge and we refund in full; we respond within 2 business days. Subscriptions bought inside the iOS app are billed and refunded by Apple. Nothing in the policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. The full policy is published on our refunds page.
What's the difference between Starter, Plus and Growth?
Starter covers invoicing, CRM, bookings, job pipeline with drag-and-drop, POS with barcode scanning, client portal, email campaigns, full accounting (chart of accounts, general ledger, balance sheet, cash flow, aged receivables/payables), and documents hub, with 1,000 contacts, 3 booking pages and 3 logins. Plus is for businesses outgrowing those limits: unlimited contacts and booking pages, advanced reporting & analytics, batch invoicing, budget tracking, and 5 logins. Growth is where the AI does the work: it includes the AI Companion (a $25/month value: proactive payment chasing, quote follow-up, review harvesting, win-back and daily summaries), plus the Google Reviews reputation engine, SMS marketing, unlimited website media storage and 10 logins, with extra logins at $9/mo each. Put another way: Starter + AI Companion is about $54/month, but Growth at $69 includes that same AI plus SMS and Reviews, so if you want AI at all, Growth is the better-value pick.
Does OneBookPlus include job management and POS?
Yes. Every plan includes a basic POS and sales register (barcode scanning from Starter); the $39/mo Point of Sale app is the full hospitality upgrade: dine-in, takeaway and delivery on one screen, split bills, discounts and tips, and live order tracking. Menu Management and Table Management are free apps on every plan. Job management is included on every plan, including Free, and the number of jobs is not capped. Starter and above add the drag-and-drop pipeline. The web app runs in any browser, Android included, and the iOS app on the App Store works on every plan including Free. There is no native Android app yet.
What are add-ons?
Add-ons are optional modules from the App Marketplace for specialised needs, each with a 14-day free trial. Examples include AI Companion ($25/mo, included free on the Growth plan), AI Receptionist ($79/mo, answers calls and texts 24/7 in 10+ languages and books the job; requires AI Companion), Point of Sale ($39/mo), Google Ads dashboard ($99/mo), Rostering & Payroll ($29/mo), Website Builder ($29/mo), and aged care modules. ATO Tax Lodgement ($99/mo) and Xero Sync ($19/mo) are coming soon. For sparkies and trades there are six AS/NZS-aligned workflow packs: Test & Tag Register ($15/mo, AS/NZS 3760:2022), Switchboard Inspection Pack ($19/mo, AS/NZS 3000:2018 ยง8), EV Charger Install Pack ($19/mo), Solar Install Pack ($29/mo with CEC/STC), Heat Pump HWS Install Pack ($19/mo with state rebates), and Emergency Lighting Compliance ($15/mo, AS/NZS 2293.2:2019). Core features like invoicing, CRM, bookings, email campaigns and accounting are included in your plan.
Does OneBookPlus handle GST and BAS?
Yes. GST is calculated automatically on every invoice, and ABN validation keeps your customer and supplier records clean. Profit & loss, GST and BAS reports are built in from the Starter plan ($29/mo). Every GST-inclusive invoice you send feeds your BAS automatically, so there's no spreadsheet reconciliation at quarter-end. The pipeline runs from invoice to accounts to BAS, the way the ATO expects sole traders and GST-registered businesses to report.
Is there a plan for registered tax agents and BAS agents?
Yes, the Tax Practice Suite is a $29/mo add-on that sits on top of any plan, including Free, so a solo agent can run at $29/mo all-in. The base fee covers unlimited BAS and TPAR lodgement; income-tax returns (IITR, CTR, PTR, TTR, FBT) are $2 each after the first 5 free every month. The full practice-management feature list is on our tax agents page.
What does OneBookPlus replace?
One subscription instead of a stack: invoicing and accounting (in place of Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks), online bookings (in place of Calendly or Fresha), a CRM/contacts pipeline (in place of HubSpot), and email marketing (in place of Mailchimp). For trades it also covers quoting and job management (in place of ServiceM8 or Tradify). Priced at each vendor's own cheapest published plan, that stack comes to $66/mo + US$30/mo + Mailchimp. Vendor prices verified 2 August 2026. Because everything shares one database, there is no double-entry or data silos between them.
Which plan includes online bookings?
Bookings are included on every plan: the Free plan has 1 booking page, Starter has 3, and unlimited contacts & booking pages unlock from the Plus plan ($49/mo). All plans include 24/7 customer self-booking with automated reminders; Plus simply lifts the page and contact limits for busier businesses. The number of bookings you take is never capped, on any plan, including Free. The one booking allowance on Free is repeating series: a weekly or fortnightly slot that regenerates itself. Free runs 1 active series at a time and every paid plan from Starter ($29/mo) runs as many as you like. Adding more weeks to a series you already have is free on every plan, and so is cancelling, rescheduling, reassigning or skipping an occurrence.
Which plans include the AI features?
The AI Companion (proactive payment chasing, quote follow-up, win-back and daily summaries) is included on the Growth plan ($69/mo), a $25/month value, and is available as a $25/mo add-on on lower plans. The AI Receptionist is a separate $79/mo add-on (it answers calls and texts 24/7 and books the job; it requires the AI Companion) and is not bundled into any plan tier. Both work in the background so the admin runs itself.
Can OneBookPlus do payroll?
Payroll & rostering are available as an add-on ($29/mo) rather than a plan-tier feature. The add-on handles Australian award rates, PAYG and super calculations, and timesheets that flow into pay runs, and the pay runs post straight into your accounts, so payroll stays part of the same invoice to accounts to BAS pipeline. You report each pay run to the ATO through STP-enabled software or your accountant, because Single Touch Payroll pay events are not lodged from OneBookPlus.
Can I subscribe from the iPhone app?
Yes. The Starter and Growth plans can be purchased inside the OneBookPlus iOS app as in-app subscriptions, billed by Apple to your Apple ID at the same monthly prices. The Plus plan, annual billing and App Marketplace add-ons are purchased on the website. If you subscribe through Apple, billing, cancellation and refunds are handled through your Apple ID settings rather than by us.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Contacts export to CSV at any time, and the reports library (trial balance, GST audit, sales by customer, expenses by supplier and more) has CSV export built in, so trying OneBookPlus never locks you in. Import works the other way too: bring contacts in from a CSV and replace the chart of accounts wholesale with an export from Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks.
What support is included?
Email and in-app support from the founder on every plan, including Free, usually answered the same business day in Australian hours. There is no priority queue and no paid support tier: a Free account and a Growth account reach the same person. The response targets we publish are the same on every plan, including Free: 4 business hours for critical, 1 business day for high and 2 business days for normal issues. That is the time to a first human reply, not a promise of a fix by then. They are published in full in our service level agreement. Every plan can also book the free 15-minute migration call to get data across from Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks. Self-serve help guides and free calculators are available to everyone.
Is there a fee on payments taken through OneBookPlus?
Yes, on some plans.
