Partner Benefits
What you get
The Partner Program is designed for accountants and bookkeepers who want to offer their clients a better experience, without adding cost or complexity to their practice.
Free Advisor Account
Partners get a complimentary OneBookPlus account, no subscription fees, no card required. Use it to manage your own practice while supporting clients.
Advisor Dashboard
A dedicated overview of every client on your books. See revenue, outstanding invoices, upcoming BAS deadlines, and activity, all from one screen.
Bulk Client Management
Onboard, manage, and monitor clients in bulk. Import client lists, send invitations at scale, and track engagement status across your entire practice.
A Direct Line to the Founder
Email and in-app support from the person who writes the code, usually answered the same business day in Australian hours. That is the same support every account gets: there is no priority queue and no paid support tier. What the program adds is help moving a practice across, including the free 15-minute migration call for each client you bring over from Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks.
Getting Started
How the partner program works
From application to managing your first client, four steps, one business day.
Apply for the program
Fill out a short application. We verify your practice details and get you set up within one business day.
Get your free advisor account
Access your dedicated advisor dashboard with client management tools, practice analytics, and BAS preparation support.
Invite your clients
Send branded invitations to your clients. They sign up with your referral link and are automatically linked to your practice.
Manage everything in one place
Oversee client books alongside their CRM, bookings, and jobs. BAS prep, financial reporting, and practice management, one platform.
Advisor Access
What you can see in a client's books
See what you need, do what you're authorised to do. Advisor access is designed around how accountants and bookkeepers actually work with client data.
Read-Only Financial Access
View client revenue, expenses, invoices and financial reports without modifying their data. Perfect for review and advisory work.
Manage Client Books
When clients grant write access, reconcile payments against invoices, categorise expenses, and prepare journals directly in their account. Bank feeds are withdrawn, so transactions come from a statement import (CSV, OFX, QFX) or from entered and scanned receipts and bills.
BAS Preparation Support
Pull BAS-ready figures from client accounts. Review GST collected and paid, generate BAS worksheets, and track lodgement deadlines.
Multi-Client Overview
See all clients at a glance, upcoming deadlines, outstanding invoices, reconciliation status, and activity. Filter and sort by any field.

Register your interestFrequently asked questions
Common questions about the OneBookPlus Partner Program for Australian accountants and bookkeepers.
Who is eligible for the Partner Program?
Registered Australian accountants, bookkeepers, BAS agents, and tax agents. You'll need a valid ABN and relevant professional registration (e.g. Tax Practitioner Board, IPA, CA ANZ, or CPA Australia).
Is the advisor account really free?
Yes. Partners receive a full OneBookPlus account at no cost, no trial period, no card required. You can use it to run your own practice and manage client accounts.
What access do I get to client data?
By default, advisor access is read-only: you can view financial data, reports, and BAS figures. Clients can grant write access so you can manage their books, reconcile transactions, and prepare journals.
Can my clients stay on the free plan?
Absolutely. Clients choose their own plan based on their needs. The free plan includes core CRM, invoicing, quotes, and bookings. Paid plans (Starter, Plus, and Growth) lift the limits and add more team-member seats, while marketplace add-ons like Rostering & Payroll and the AI tools are available on any plan.
How do I apply to become a partner?
Click any "Apply to the partner program" button to open the partner application, then tell us your practice name, ABN, and professional registration. We verify your details and activate your free advisor account within one business day, no card and no setup fee required.
How does the referral program work?
The referral program has not opened yet. When it does, refer a client who subscribes to a paid plan and you will earn a recurring commission while they stay subscribed. The planned rates, tiers, and payout terms are published in full on the accountant partner program page, and we confirm your rate in writing before the first referral is credited.
What commission do partners earn, and how is it paid out?
The planned terms are a recurring percentage of each referred client's paid subscription for the first 12 months they stay subscribed. The rates, tiers, and payout schedule (paid to your nominated account once you cross the minimum threshold) are published on the accountant partner program page. They are the terms we intend to open with, not a live programme: nothing is credited or paid until the referral program launches, and we confirm your rate in writing first.
Does OneBookPlus replace Xero or MYOB for my clients?
For many SME clients, yes. OneBookPlus combines CRM, bookings, invoicing, and accounting in one platform, which is often enough for sole traders and small businesses. For complex clients, it can complement existing tools.
