Pack-Credit Bookings & Drop-Ins

Students arrive through your branded booking page, Instagram link, Google search, friend referral. They see the schedule, pick a class, and the system handles payment intelligently. If they hold a relevant pack with credits remaining, one credit deducts on booking confirmation. If they don't, they pay casually at the drop-in rate. If they want to buy a pack first to save per-class, the booking page offers them the most economical option. Multiple pack types per student are supported, a Reformer 10-pack and a Mat 20-pack live side by side and the correct one deducts based on class type.

Capacity, Waitlist & Reformer Rules

Each class type has a configurable capacity. Reformer classes typically cap at bed count (8, 10, 12 depending on your room); mat classes can go larger. When a class fills, it closes for booking and shows waitlist-only. Any cancellation triggers automatic waitlist promotion, the next student gets an email saying a spot opened up and they have two hours to confirm. For early-bird studios with first-come-first-served pricing, the same engine works for time-tier discounts.

Retention & Re-Engagement

This is where most boutique studios bleed revenue. A student buys a 10-pack, comes to four classes, and then their visits taper off. By the time you notice, the pack's expired and they've drifted to another studio. OneBookPlus surfaces at-risk students at 21 days, anyone with at least one visit who hasn't returned. Every transaction, pack sale, drop-in, monthly membership renewal, generates a GST-compliant invoice with your ABN and tax breakdown. For studios above the $75k GST threshold, GST is automatically applied at 10%. For sub-threshold solo teachers, invoices skip GST. Income is categorised so quarterly BAS preparation rolls up automatically; export your P&L to Xero or MYOB with one click at year-end. Teacher Payroll & Contractor Tracking

For studios with employed teachers, OneBookPlus respects the Fitness Industry Award (MA000094), base rates, weekend penalties, casual loadings. Teachers see their roster from a staff app and submit timesheets. For contractor teachers paid per class, the system tracks classes delivered per teacher per pay period, so end-of-month invoicing or payment is straightforward.
