Marketing Authorisation

1. What This Covers

This Marketing Authorisation explains how OneBookPlus (ABN 17 971 013 775) may use your business's public-facing details, such as your business name, logo, and a testimonial or quote you provide, in our marketing materials, but only if you opt in. It does not cover your private business data, your customers' data, or anything you enter into the platform; that is governed by our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

2. It Is Optional and Opt-In

• We do not use your business name, logo, or testimonials in marketing unless you have given us explicit permission to do so.
• Not opting in has no effect on your account, your plan, your pricing, or the features available to you. It is purely your choice.
• Opting in is recorded against your account so there is a clear record of the permission you gave and when.

3. What We May Use (If You Opt In)

If you opt in, you authorise us to use, only as you have permitted:

• Your business name and logo to identify you as a OneBookPlus customer
• A testimonial, quote, or review you have provided about your experience with OneBookPlus
• Aggregated or de-identified outcomes you have shared (for example, that you saved time on invoicing), where you have agreed to them being referenced

These may appear in materials such as:

• Case studies and customer stories on our website
• Marketing videos, social media, and presentations
• A "customers" or "trusted by" logo wall
• Email and advertising campaigns referencing our customers

4. What We Will Not Do

• We will not publish confidential business information, financial figures, or your customers' personal data as part of marketing.
• We will not attribute statements to you that you did not provide or approve.
• We will not imply an endorsement beyond the permission you actually gave.

5. How to Revoke

You can withdraw your marketing authorisation at any time, for any reason. There is no penalty for doing so. To revoke:

• Turn off marketing authorisation in your dashboard settings; or
• Email us at hello@onebookplus.com.au and ask us to withdraw your permission.

On withdrawal, we will stop using your business details in new marketing and will remove them from materials we control within a reasonable period. Some materials already distributed or published by third parties (for example, a video already shared, or a cached page) may take longer to be updated or may be outside our practical control.

6. Trademarks and Brand Use

Any use of your name and logo is solely to identify you as a customer in the context described above. We do not claim any ownership of your trademarks, and you retain all rights in your own brand. Likewise, use of the OneBookPlus name and logo by you is covered by our brand guidelines.

7. Changes to this Authorisation

We may update this document from time to time. The version stamp at the top of this page reflects the current version. A change to this document does not, by itself, opt you in, your existing choice continues to apply until you change it.
