About the OneBookPlus app marketplace
What's the difference between OneBookPlus features and apps?
Features are core modules included on every plan, invoicing, bookings, CRM, accounting, marketing. Apps are optional integrations and add-ons that extend a feature, like a Google Ads connector for the marketing module or a table-management app for the booking module.
Are apps included in my plan, or do they cost extra?
It depends on the app. Many are free and bundled with your plan; some have an additional per-month price (clearly listed on the app's page); some are 'bring your own credentials' connectors to third-party tools (e.g. Stripe, Google Ads) where you pay that vendor directly. The price is shown on every app card.
How do I install an app?
From your dashboard, open the app marketplace, find the app, click Install. Most apps activate immediately. Connector apps (Stripe, Google Ads, Mailchimp) prompt you to sign into the third-party account so OneBookPlus can read or write data on your behalf.
Can I uninstall an app I no longer need?
Yes. Go to the app's page in your dashboard and click Uninstall. Your data stays with OneBookPlus; only the app's specific functionality is removed. Connector apps revoke OAuth access to the third-party service when uninstalled.
Are these apps built by OneBookPlus or by third parties?
Every app in the marketplace is built and maintained by the OneBookPlus team in Melbourne. Some are connectors to a third-party service you already pay for, such as Stripe, Google Ads or Google Search Console, where you connect your own account and that vendor bills you directly. There is no third-party publisher selling through this marketplace.
Can I request a new app or integration?
Yes, send requests via the contact page. We prioritise integrations with services that Australian small businesses already use heavily (Xero, MYOB, Stripe, Square, ATO portals).
What are the AS/NZS-aligned workflow packs for trades?
