What connects to OneBookPlus

Most of what a business needs is built in. These are the outside services OneBookPlus connects to today, what each one does, the plan it needs, and what is not available yet.

Everything you connect, on one page in your dashboard

The Integrations page shows each service your business uses, whether it is connected, and anything that needs your attention. Open one to see what it does, what OneBookPlus reads and changes, and where to manage it. Owners and admins can see it.

Connect from your dashboard

Payments, your Google presence, automation and your calendar. Each one connects from the Integrations page and says there when it needs attention.

Google Business Profile

Show your Google rating and reviews in OneBookPlus. Connect your Business Profile to bring in every review, reply to them from OneBookPlus, and add your booking page link to your listing when you ask. Nothing else on your listing changes.

Plan: Finding your listing: every plan. Connecting your Business Profile and replying: Growth.

Google Search Console

See which Google searches and pages bring people to your website over the last 28 days. OneBookPlus reads the report and changes nothing at Google.

Plan: Plus and Growth, with your OneBookPlus website. A free trial includes it.

Your name, your domain

So your website, emails and texts come from your business rather than from OneBookPlus.

Your own website domain

Show your OneBookPlus website at your own domain, such as www.yourbusiness.com.au. OneBookPlus checks the DNS records you add, and nothing changes at your domain host until you add them.

Plan: Plus and Growth on a paid plan.

Email sending domain

Send your email campaigns from your own domain, so they come from your business's address. Invoices and booking emails send without it.

Plan: Every plan.

SMS sender name

Your texts show your business name instead of the shared OneBookPlus name. We lodge it with the national SMS sender register for you and switch it on once it is accepted.

Plan: Every plan.

Website tracking and chat

Add Google Analytics, Plausible, a Meta Pixel or a chat widget to every page of your website. Your visitors' browsers send visits straight to your own accounts. OneBookPlus reads nothing from them.

Plan: Google Analytics and Plausible: any plan with your website. Tag Manager, ad pixels and chat: Plus and Growth.
