September 20264 updates
Choose what each instructor can reach when they sign in
When your instructors sign in to their own diary, you now decide how much of the school they can reach. In Settings > Team, pick one access level for the whole school: Diary only, which is their own lessons, learners and working hours with no lesson notes, sign-offs or money; or Diary and learners, which adds lesson notes, sign-offs and prepaid balances for the learners they teach and a read-only view of the invoices for their own lessons. A separate switch, Sees the whole school's diary, lets a senior instructor read every lesson and take an unassigned booking for themselves, while still never moving or changing a colleague's lesson. With the Instructor and Vehicle Scheduler app you can set a different level for one instructor from Fleet and Scheduler, so a new instructor can start on Diary only while everyone else follows the school setting. An instructor only ever sees the parts they hold, the controls they do not have are simply not shown, and their own card tells them the access their school has set. A third level, Diary, learners and invoicing, which lets an instructor raise the school's invoice at the lesson price and record a cash, bank transfer or PayID payment on their own lessons, is coming soon.
Industry pages, comparisons and calculators that say what is actually true
A large pass across the pages people read before they sign up. Industry pages no longer show another trade's screens beside your trade's name, and the pictures on a page now match what the page is describing. Comparison pages state a competitor's price only where that competitor publishes one, and say plainly when a price is quote-on-request instead of leaving a gap mid-sentence. Every comparison links to our own pricing, which a reader previously had to go looking for. Calculators were corrected where they disagreed with the published rules, and the pages that share figures now read them from one place instead of each carrying its own typed-in copy, so they cannot drift apart again. Bundle pages in the App Marketplace get a proper preview card, so a bundle shared in a group chat shows the bundle and its price rather than a blank. Headings, buttons and link text across these families were rewritten to say where they go. If you use the customer links we send you, a calendar invite that cannot be loaded no longer tells your calendar the appointment was cancelled, and your business name and colour now appear on the preview when one of those links is shared.
Booking pages that tell your customer the truth, and app listings that match the app
When a booking or a table reservation still needs your confirmation, the page now says a request was sent and that you will confirm it, instead of saying it is confirmed. Your customer also gets a link to view, change or cancel without ringing you. Every public form you send people to now carries a short notice saying what is collected, who it goes to and why, which is what the Privacy Act asks of you as the business collecting it. Property pages no longer paint five stars beside a property that has no reviews. In the App Marketplace, five listings were describing features that were not built, including carer language matching, automated referral thank-you emails and PDF export from the loan calculator; each one now says what it does and, where it matters, what it does not. Nine calculators were telling you to see a registered tax agent about questions that are not tax questions, like a home loan or a learner logbook. And a set of guides and help articles have been corrected, including one that read as though you could complete your Single Touch Payroll finalisation in OneBookPlus, which you cannot.
Pages that show the real screen, in one palette, in both modes
Every screenshot caption on our industry pages now describes the screen in the picture. A few of them had drifted into describing what we meant to build: one caption promised a colour-coded practitioner calendar over a picture of an empty booking list, and a dozen listed line items that were not on the invoice shown. Twelve trades were also being shown another trade's screenshots, and now have their own. The comparison pages say plainly what each claim was built from: the vendor's own published Australian pages, read on the date printed at the bottom. Site-wide, seventeen accent colours have become one, which mostly means text and buttons that were washed out or invisible in dark mode are now readable, and the calculators pick up your theme properly. Two things that were broken are fixed: our Australia and India blog archives were returning an error page instead of loading, and 120 industry pages briefly did the same this morning.
August 202628 updates
A help centre worth opening, a marketplace you can filter, and pages that read in dark mode
Help articles now render tables, keep numbered steps in order when a step has sub-points, and show screenshots. Search actually works: a question with a comma or a bracket in it used to return nothing at all. There is a help button in the dashboard top bar that opens the section for the screen you are on, and a thumbs up or down at the end of every article that tells us what to write next. The app marketplace has a real filter, so you can narrow by industry, by free or paid, and hide what is not out yet, and installing an app now carries you to that app instead of dropping you at a generic signup. If your device is set to dark mode, a long list of pages that were previously unreadable, including help articles and the security and trust pages, now have proper contrast, and links no longer disappear when you hover them. Printed invoices, statements, scopes of work and pest reports come out clean, with table headers repeating across pages.
Search your way to any page, and a calmer first day
Press Cmd K (or /) and type where you want to go. Pages now show up in search alongside your contacts, invoices and jobs, so typing GST or availability takes you straight to the right screen, and search only offers pages your role can actually open. Your trial countdown and security reminders now appear whichever look you use, including Work Ledger and Books. New businesses get a quieter first day, with one guided setup instead of competing checklists and pop-ups. Opening hours and your booking page now also live in Settings where you would expect them, the Purchases menu can finally be collapsed, and dashboard dates follow your own timezone.
Salon Suite: deposits, per-stylist prices and rebooking that runs itself
Your service menu now holds everything a salon service needs in one place: a deposit to hold the chair, whether clients can book it online, whether it confirms itself, how many weeks until they are due back, and whether it needs a patch test. Set a rebook cadence and the reminder goes out on its own when the visit is done. Online bookings now charge the right price when a client picks a particular professional, so a senior stylist's rate or a tier price is what they pay, and clients only see the people who actually perform that service. Working solo? The appointment book opens with one tap on Add me, and your booking page stops offering a time you are already in.
Tell us what you want sorted, and setup builds your first week
Signing up used to end with us guessing what you needed first. Now, right after you pick a plan, you choose what your first week looks like: get invoices out and paid, fill your calendar, win work with quotes, run your crew, or move over from another tool. If none of the cards fit, say it in your own words, like get my regulars booked in and stop chasing money, and setup turns that sentence into a short plan of steps you can trim before you start. The steps walk you through the app's real pages, tick themselves off as you go even when you do things in your own order, wait for you if you stop for the night, and let you skip anything that is not your problem yet. There is also a faster way to bring your customer list across: paste it straight from your notes app, one per line in any shape, and names, phones and emails sort themselves into place before you save.

Timber pest and termite reports, written in the app
Pest managers can now write the report itself rather than attaching one produced somewhere else. Every new report starts with the nine areas a timber pest inspection is expected to cover, and asks you to mark each one inspected, limited or not inspected with the reason, so an area you could not reach is on the page instead of missing from it. Per area you record a moisture meter reading, thermal notes, species and severity, tick live activity, damage, workings and conducive conditions separately, and attach photos. Issue it and your client gets a branded PDF or a link they open without a login; void it and that link stops working. Alongside it sits a chemical log holding the product, APVMA number, active constituent, batch number, dilution rate, method, target pest, weather and technician, searchable by address so next year's technician can see what went down and where.
Availability: $79/mo add-on, 14-day free trial
The app listingThe in-app assistant can see your account now
Ask the chat assistant a question about your own setup and it looks, instead of guessing. It can check which services you have and why one is not showing on your booking page, what your booking address is, whether card payments are connected, which apps you have installed and what you actually pay for them, and your outstanding total. It reads your business only, it can look but never change anything, and money figures stay limited to owners, admins and accountants. It also remembers the whole conversation rather than the last few messages, answers from the help centre rather than our marketing pages, and hands over to a person when it genuinely does not know. Ending a chat now ends it, and your open conversations are listed together so a reply from us is not something you have to go hunting for.

Message credits that keep, and an honest count
Text message credits now come in bundles: 250 for $49, 1,000 for $169, or 5,000 for $749, so the more you buy the less each one costs. Credits you buy no longer expire. Your plan's included messages still refresh every month and are always used first, so a bundle is only touched once those run out. We also count the way phone carriers actually charge: one credit covers 160 characters, a longer text uses two, and a single emoji or a curly quote pasted from Word shortens the limit to 70. You now see that count as you type, and the total before you send a campaign, so a long message never costs more than you expected.

Need an eleventh login? Add one
Every plan includes a number of logins, and until now the top of that range was a dead end. Settings, Billing now has a Team seats card: add as many extra logins as you need at $9 each per month. They go on your existing subscription, so a seat added mid-month costs the part-month and removing one credits it back. Worth knowing either way: only people who actually sign in use a seat. Staff you roster, book and pay but who never log in have always been free, and still are, however many of them you have.
Availability: All paid plans
Your instructors get their day before it starts
Staff with the Instructor & Vehicle Scheduler now get a runsheet by email each morning: every lesson in order, with the student's name, a tappable phone number, the pickup address as a map link, the car they are in, and any note on the lesson. It arrives at 6am your time, wherever your business is, and a day with no lessons sends nothing. When a lesson is moved to someone else, both instructors are told, so a swapped booking no longer depends on somebody noticing. Inviting a team member also improved: pick who the login belongs to and their bookings, schedule and pay connect straight away, and the invite email now carries a link that signs them in properly first time.
Availability: All plans with the Scheduler app
The Instructor and Vehicle Scheduler listingTwo-factor sign-in, three ways to do it
Settings, Sign-in & Security now offers three ways to add a second step at sign-in, and you pick the one that suits you: a code from an authenticator app, a code by text message to your mobile, or a code by email. You are only asked on a device you have not used before, and you can mark your usual computer as trusted for 30 days. Recovery codes work with all three, so a lost phone is not a lost account. Owners and admins can also require two-factor for everyone in the business, with a week's notice before it starts, and each person still chooses their own method.

Staff can raise a refund, owners decide it
Refunds now have a request lane. Anyone on your team who works with invoices can open a payment and ask for a refund with an amount, a reason and a note; nothing is sent until an owner or admin approves it. The deciders get an email the moment a request lands, and the payment row shows an approve or decline panel right where the money sits. Approve and the refund goes out the usual way; decline and the requester sees your note, so the person at the counter always has an answer for the customer.
Availability: All plans
Refunds, from the invoice, money and books together
Every settled payment on an invoice now carries a Refund button for owners and admins. Choose the amount (full or partial), pick a reason, and the money returns to the customer's card through your Stripe account, usually within 5 to 10 business days. The invoice reopens for the refunded amount, your ledger and GST position adjust themselves, and the whole thing is recorded against the original payment. Payments you recorded by hand can be refunded too; the books update and you hand the money back your usual way.

The register remembers the day
The retail register now has a Sales tab. Every sale it has rung is there, newest first, with the time, receipt number, customer, how they paid and what they spent, plus the day's takings split between cash and card. Open any sale to see the basket line by line, reprint the receipt as a proper tax invoice with your ABN and per-line GST, or take a return: refunded items now go back onto your stock count automatically, which they never used to. Cash up is one tap away on the same bar.
Availability: All plans with the POS app
Proof of the visit, taken at the door
GPS Visit Verification now records where each home care visit started and finished. Set a geofence on each client's record, anywhere from a 100m townhouse to a 2km rural property, and when a carer taps Start or Complete their position is saved with it. Care, GPS Verification lists the day's visits with the distance at both ends and a link to the exact spot on a map, and a clock-in well outside the fence tells your coordinators while the visit is still running. A reading the phone itself calls unreliable is flagged for a look rather than counted against a carer, and location is only ever taken at those two taps.
Availability: GPS Verification app, $9/mo
The GPS Verification listingA time clock your team can use on the way past
Rostering, Timesheets now carries a Time clock kiosk card. Switch it on and you get an address to open on a tablet, a spare phone or the shop computer, plus a QR code to point that device at. Staff tap their name, type a 4-digit PIN and they are clocked on; on the way out they tap their name again and enter their break. Nobody needs a login, an app or a user seat of their own, and every punch arrives in Timesheets for you to approve before it reaches the pay run. PINs are set per person under Rostering, Employees, and the card tells you how many of your team still need one.
Availability: All plans with the Rostering app
Every booking link you could hand out, already made
The Booking links screen now opens with a ready-to-copy link for everything you sell: each of your pages, every lesson grouped by its category, every prepaid package, and the Find my lessons page for customers who lost their personal link. Package links open the booking page with that package's buy form already open, so a button on your website can sell one specific pack. Each package row also carries a copy-ready website button. Every link is checked against what its landing page actually offers before it is shown, so a link you copy from this screen opens on the thing it names.
Availability: All plans
Text messages that pull their weight
Three new switches under Settings, Notifications. Text the assigned staff member about new bookings, straight to the mobile on their team profile, so instructors without logins still hear the moment work lands. Customers now get a text when you confirm their request, not just when they ask. And prepaid package buyers finally hear from you automatically: a text and email when their request arrives, and another when you activate it, carrying their personal booking link so they can start using their lessons without a phone call. Every send draws on your monthly SMS allowance, and every switch is yours.
Availability: All plans
Booking pages that sell packages, and packages that come with an instructor
Each booking page now says what it offers: services, prepaid packages, or both. Set a page to packages only and it becomes a clean standalone packages page at its own link, ready for your website's pricing section. Pages offering both got tidier, with the calendar first and packages beneath. Packages can also be sold with an instructor: choose per package whether students pick their instructor when buying or when booking, and a student who picks at purchase gets that person as their default, with their personal booking link opening already set to them. It is a preference, never a lock, so their lessons are always usable. And for students who lose the text with their link, every booking page now has Find my lessons: enter the phone or email they booked with, receive a code, and they are back on their own booking page.
Availability: All plans
Class packs, with the credits counted for you
Studios selling prepaid class packs can now build them without buying a whole industry suite. Create a 5, 10 or 20 class pack, sell it to a member from their contact page, and every booking they make draws one credit automatically at no charge. You can set an expiry, see each member's remaining balance on their contact card, and we email the member when they are down to their last class or two so the renewal conversation happens before they run out. Raising the renewal invoice is one tap, with GST worked out for you.
Availability: $9/month add-on
The Class Pack Tracker listingYour booking page, asked in your order
Businesses whose staff each cover part of a city can now put the pickup area question first on their booking page, so customers see only the people who come to them before choosing anyone. The order is yours to set from Bookings, Booking Page, and you can change it any time. Choosing a staff member now tailors the rest of the page too: the suburb list shows the places they actually cover, services they do not offer say so, and if they do not travel to your suburb the page says that plainly instead of showing no times. The covered-suburbs list is searchable as you type, with the full list one tap away.
Availability: All plans
Take your whole rent roll with you, any time
Property managers can now export the entire rent roll in one go from Settings, Export: properties, leases with tenant and owner names, the full rent ledger and landlord statements, as CSV files. Your data has always been yours; now it leaves in one click. Separately, every email sent through the platform now shows the sender as your business name via OneBookPlus, so your customers can see the message travelled through a platform they can trust.
Availability: All plans
Your invoices now carry a bank name we've checked
When you save bank details, we check the account name against the names your ABN is registered under on the Australian Business Register. Sole traders banking in a personal name are fine, and so are trading names on the same ABN. If it doesn't line up, you can ask us to review it and we'll confirm by email.
The counter register, rebuilt for speed
The walk-in register has been redesigned around the five-second sale. Product tiles respond to the tap with a live count badge, the cart reads like a receipt with a running total that counts rather than blinks, and cash sales get a tender pad where each note is a tap and the change shows on the button before you commit. Completing a cash sale fills the screen with the change due in type big enough to read across the counter. USB barcode scanners now work from anywhere on the screen, even mid-search, with no popup to open, and a new terminal mode hides the rest of the dashboard so the register owns the whole tablet. Businesses not registered for GST no longer see a GST line on the sale, matching what their receipts record.

Open the registerA screen inside the app, so you will be asked to sign in.Bakeries get their own setup
Choosing Bakery when you sign up now sets the account up the way a bakery trades: a counter register, a product list, pickup pre-orders and wholesale invoicing, instead of the restaurant layout with table maps and kitchen screens. Existing accounts can switch in Settings under Business by picking Retail with the Bakery subtype, which adds the pre-order pieces without removing anything already in use. Butcher, deli and grocer subtypes are available under Retail too.

Sample data is now yours to remove
If you ever pressed "try it with sample data" or loaded a sample business from an empty list, you can now see exactly what those buttons added and take it back out. Settings has a new Sample Data page listing every batch of example records in your business, where each one came from and how many records it is, so you can clear one batch or all of them. Removing an example invoice or bill also reverses its bookkeeping entry, so your profit and loss and BAS stop counting amounts that were never real. Records you entered yourself are never touched, and the invoices, quotes and jobs lists now say up front when some of what you are looking at is an example rather than your own work.
Availability: All plans
Open the sample data settingsA screen inside the app, so you will be asked to sign in.Every time now reads in your business's timezone
Times across the product are now written and shown against your business's own clock rather than the server's. That means the hour you type when you book a job, roster a shift or schedule a visit is the hour that gets stored, and the same hour appears on the run sheet, the parts list, the dispatch board, the calendar feed and the confirmation your customer receives. Run sheets and parts lists also now show a full day's work rather than quietly starting mid-morning, and the day printed at the top of today's run sheet is the day whose jobs are on it. If a list cannot load it now says so instead of showing an empty page that looks like a quiet day. Timesheets tell you when an approval did not save rather than closing as though it had, and rejecting one no longer clears the notes already on it.
A rebuilt booking page that shows people when you are free
Your public booking page has been rebuilt around one idea: show customers when they can come in, and nothing else. Booked time and time you are not working now look the same to a visitor, so nobody can read your diary off your booking page, and the times you do have free are the only things on the screen. It works properly on a phone, where most bookings actually happen: bigger time buttons, the right keyboard for each field, and errors that announce themselves instead of leaving the page looking stuck. If a day is full it now offers you the next three days that are not. You can choose how it looks in Bookings, Booking Page: a week view, a day view with a column per staff member, or a simple list of times, plus which hours to show, how far ahead people can book, and whether to show staff photos and prices. Customers who have bought a lesson pack now see how many they have left and that booking one uses a credit, rather than wondering if they are about to pay twice.
See the new booking pageBooking set-up now tells you what is left to do
The booking set-up screen used to say your page was live whether or not it was. It now checks what your page actually needs and shows you what is outstanding, with a link straight to the screen that fixes each one, and it holds back the share link and QR code until the page can genuinely take a booking. Adding a service also now ticks Bookable by default, which was the commonest reason a page stayed empty after an operator had done everything right.
July 202623 updates
Your first invoice now walks you through it
If you have never sent an invoice, the invoice page now guides you through it step by step: who it is for, what you did, what it costs, and how you want to be paid. It asks whether you are registered for GST exactly once, ever, with a straight answer if you are not sure, and your bank details print on every invoice from then on so customers can pay you straight away. You can add your logo and colour right before sending, send by email, copy a link to text instead, or send it to yourself first to see what your customer will get. Once you have sent one, the guidance steps back and stays out of your way. Every invoice also now shows a plain-words running total while you type, and the line-item fields are properly labelled.
Setting up: pick what you do, not a category tree
The set-up step that asks what kind of business you run is now one simple list in plain words, with the businesses that use OneBookPlus most right at the top, including driving schools and music teachers who previously had no tile of their own. Search understands what you actually do, so typing bond clean, sparky or driving lessons finds the right fit. And picking your industry now sets up the right tools automatically, so the old question about which modules you want is gone. Everything stays changeable in Settings.
Supplier bills now flow through Accounts Payable properly
Bills you have not paid yet now sit in Accounts Payable instead of showing as money already out of the bank, so your balance sheet, cash flow and bank figures reflect what has actually left your account. The Aged Payables report now shows every supplier you owe and how overdue each balance is, marking a bill as paid records the payment properly against it, and the trial balance export matches the on-screen report exactly. BAS figures now follow your GST reporting basis too, with GST on purchases claimed when you pay a bill rather than when you receive it if you report on a cash basis. Existing figures have been tidied up automatically, so there is nothing you need to do.
Trial reminders that arrive before your trial ends
If you are on a free trial you now get a heads-up three days out and again the day before it finishes, sent against your actual trial end date rather than a fixed number of days after you signed up. Each one shows what you have built so far, such as invoices sent and their value, bookings scheduled and customers on file, so you can see what you would be leaving behind. Nothing is ever deleted when a trial ends: your account moves to the Free plan and everything stays where it is. If your card is already on file we leave you alone, because nothing is about to change for you.
Financial Insights, and reports you can click into
Financial Insights is a new visual summary of your last 12 months: money in against money out, net profit and margin, cash on hand, what you are owed and where your money goes. It opens with plain-language signals such as income momentum, overdue cash and customer concentration, each linking to the screen where you can act on it. Reports are no longer dead ends either, so you can click an expense category on the Profit and Loss to see the transactions behind it, or a customer on Aged Receivables to see the invoices they owe on and open one straight away.

Kitchen Display is now available
Orders taken on the POS now appear on a kitchen screen as they are placed, so the pass works off a live list instead of paper dockets. Each item shows how long it has been waiting, kitchen staff tap to mark it in progress or done, and front of house sees the status change straight away. Larger kitchens can run a screen per station. Kitchen Display is an add-on with a 14-day free trial, and it needs Point of Sale to feed it orders.
The Kitchen Display listingA rebuilt bookings calendar in the iPhone app
List, Month, Week and Day now sit on one control, so the view you want is a single tap away. Pinch to zoom between them or swipe sideways to move through weeks. A live line marks the current time, finished bookings fade back, and the open time between bookings shows as a tappable gap that starts a booking already set to that time. A summary tells you what needs you for the period you are looking at: what is booked, waiting to be confirmed, still unpaid, double booked, or free. The home revenue chart also switches between 7 days, 30 days, 6 months and 12 months, and between bar, line and area.
One inbox for every customer conversation (beta)
Replies to your invoices, quotes and booking confirmations land in a single inbox inside OneBookPlus instead of scattering across your personal email. Threads are grouped per client, so you can open a customer and see every message alongside their jobs and invoices, then reply in the app with files or a document attached. This one is in beta and switched on per business: ask us if you would like it turned on for yours.
Availability: Beta, on request
Stock and parts are now part of Jobs, at no extra cost
Tracking parts and stock levels used to sit behind a separate paid app. It is now included with Jobs on every plan: add parts to a job or invoice, set a sale price or let it calculate from cost plus markup, and search the catalogue by name or SKU. Buying stock on a supplier bill receives it into inventory automatically.
Move money between accounts, and see where it sits
You can now transfer money between your cash and bank accounts and have both sides post to the ledger correctly. Payments record against a chosen deposit account (with a default you set once, changeable after the fact), and the balance sheet breaks down per account so the figure on the page matches the account it came from.
GST that matches how you actually price
Set once whether your prices include GST, and invoices, quotes, bookings and recurring invoices all follow it, with an inclusive or exclusive toggle on invoices, bills, expenses and stock prices. If you are not registered for GST, OneBookPlus now detects that from your ABN when you verify it and stops adding GST you should not be charging.
Hair and beauty: the Salon Suite
Salons and barbers get a free identity in OneBookPlus (services, chairs, online bookings and GST invoicing) plus an optional paid Salon Suite for the salon-specific work. Your client history, notes and rebookings stay on your own records rather than a marketplace's.
The Salon Suite listingMusic and singing schools: the Music School Suite
Music teachers and schools can run prepaid lesson credits, weekly term calendars, and exam and grade tracking in one place. Parents who pay for a child are kept on the student's record, so a whole family can be invoiced per term without rebuilding the list each time.
The Music School Suite listingGive your accountant their own way in
You can invite an external accountant or bookkeeper into a scoped, accounting-only view of your business instead of handing over your login. They get a curated workspace across the clients who invited them, can raise queries against specific transactions, and can sign off a period once it is reconciled.
Talk to us without leaving the app
A chat panel in the dashboard puts support and quick actions one click away, and it keeps your history between sessions. A "What's new" area in the top bar carries product announcements, so changes turn up where you work rather than only on this page.
Sell prepaid passes straight from your booking page
Customers can now buy a pass or package on your public booking page and redeem it themselves when they book, without you raising anything by hand. You activate the pass, and each booking draws it down on a ledger you can audit.
Driving schools: prepaid lesson credits that count themselves
Driving instructors get lesson packages with a real credit ledger: every booked lesson draws one credit, a cancellation puts it back, and students and parents see a live balance instead of texting you. Alongside it, competency sign-off against your own syllabus, a printable student record, a pickup map that plots the day's lessons in drive order, and instructor and vehicle scheduling that blocks a double-booking before it happens.
The Driving School Suite listingA public directory where locals can find and book you
Businesses on OneBookPlus get a free listing in the OneBookPlus directory, where customers can search by category and suburb and book straight from your profile. The directory now covers 87 categories, from driving schools and salons to trades and allied health.
The business directoryZapier, free on every plan
OneBookPlus is now a Zapier app, so you can push new bookings, invoices, quotes and contacts into the thousands of tools Zapier connects to. Connecting is free on every plan, and public booking-widget bookings fire the same events as ones you create yourself.
Availability: All plans
The Zapier listingFive free receipt scans, no add-on needed
Every business gets five free AI receipt scans to try, so you can photograph a receipt and have the expense filled in without subscribing to the AI Companion first. You can also drop a supplier PDF invoice in and have it create the bill to pay.
Availability: 5 free lifetime scans; unlimited with AI Companion
See your day on a map, in drive order
If you travel between customers, the calendar now has a map view that plots the day by pickup address with the driving route, per-leg travel times, and a flag when two jobs are too tight to make. It includes street, satellite and terrain layers and directions for the whole day, without needing a separate navigation app to plan it.
Template-driven listing presentations for agents
Real estate agents can build a listing presentation from templates instead of assembling one per vendor, then send it as a tracked digital proposal. You can see how the vendor engaged with it rather than guessing whether it was opened.
The Digital Proposals listingJune 20263 updates

OneBookPlus on the App StoreAsk AI: the assistant inside the iOS app
Every tab of the iOS app now carries an "Ask AI" button that opens a chat grounded in your own business data, ask about unpaid invoices, this week's bookings, or cash flow and get an answer drawn from your books, not a generic reply. It's unlimited with the AI Companion add-on, and every business gets 3 free questions a day to try it. Alongside it: a global quick-create button, Invoice Insights on the dashboard, and search on the More tab.

A living homepage: one day, written by itself
The public site now shows the product working instead of describing it: a scroll-driven scene scrubs through a tradie's actual day, missed call answered and booked by AI, job card, GST invoice sent from the ute, payment landing with GST set aside, while the ledger writes itself entry by entry. Every one of the 56 industry pages got its own version with a day native to that trade, and everything has full static fallbacks for reduced motion, SEO and slow connections.
The OneBookPlus homepageMay 202614 updates
Hotel-only filter on the SMS log
Hotel operators can now switch the SMS log between "All SMS" and "Hotel SMS only" with one tap, narrowing the list to stay-related messages, pre-arrival check-in links, arrival-day welcomes, review requests and booking confirmations, without scrolling past invoice and appointment traffic. The filter keeps your other settings intact and says so plainly when nothing matches.
Daily 6am operator digest email
Hotel accounts now receive a single skim-able morning email at 6:00 am AEST listing today's arrivals, today's departures, and the balance to collect at the desk, so you can read the day's plan before reception opens. Quiet days with nothing on the board are skipped, and the digest can be switched off entirely if you'd rather not get it.
Hotel-only filter on the Audit Log
The audit log can now be narrowed to hotel activity only, check-ins, check-outs, confirmations, cancellations, no-shows and guest broadcasts, so operators running the hotel module can review a day's accommodation activity without wading through unrelated events. Your existing date and staff filters keep working alongside it.
Per-promo redemption and revenue stats
Each promo code now shows how many bookings actually redeemed it and the revenue those stays brought in, right under the code in the list. At a glance you can see which codes are pulling in bookings and which are sitting idle, counted from real stays, not a running tally.
Automatic weekend surcharge
You can now add a weekend surcharge that applies itself at booking time, either a flat amount per Friday/Saturday night or a percentage scaled to how much of the stay falls on a weekend. It lands on the guest's folio and reports like any other charge, and it's shown on the public booking page up front so guests aren't surprised at checkout. Off by default; opt in when you're ready.
Reviews page links Google reviewers to their stays
When a Google reviewer's name matches a recently checked-out guest, the Reviews page now shows a "Matched stay" link that jumps straight to that booking, so you can see who left the review and what their stay looked like. Names don't always line up perfectly, so it's clearly labelled as a possible match rather than a certainty.
Hotel highlights tour on the public demo
The public demo now opens with a short, dismissible tour of the month's hotel features, channel-manager conflict detection, Front Desk TV, returning-guest indicators, the reschedule queue, printable scan-to-book QR cards and the OTA reconciliation report, each linking straight into the relevant screen. Dismiss it once and it stays out of your way.
"Priority today" filter on Housekeeping
Housekeeping now has a one-click "Priority today" filter that shows only the rooms with a same-day turn, a guest leaving and a different guest arriving on the same date, which is the cleaner's must-finish-first list. Those rooms also carry a priority badge in the full view so they're never missed.
Cap-exposure summary on STR Compliance
The STR Compliance page now opens with a one-line summary of your short-term-rental cap exposure, how many rooms have hit or are approaching their annual night cap, and which room is closest to the line. It turns red when a cap is reached and amber when one is getting close, and stays hidden until you've configured caps.
Direct-booking savings tile
The Direct Booking Engine page now shows what you kept this month by taking bookings directly instead of through an online travel agency, estimated against Booking.com's typical 15% commission, alongside a count of direct versus OTA bookings. It only appears once you have direct bookings, so new operators never see an empty celebration.
6-month revenue trend on Accommodation Reports
Accommodation Reports now opens with a six-month revenue trend showing what each month actually banked from completed stays, month by month with dollar figures, a quick read on trajectory alongside the existing 12-month ADR and occupancy chart.
Adjust every room rate by a percentage in one click
A new bulk action on Room Types raises (or lowers) every room type's base nightly rate by a chosen percentage in one click, handy ahead of school holidays or shoulder-season corrections. Guardrails cap any single change at ±50% and refuse anything that would drop a rate to zero, so a typo can't wreck your calendar.
Hotel release notes on the App Marketplace
The App Marketplace now carries a Hotel & Accommodation panel summarising the month's hotel releases, guest portal with scan-to-book QR cards, channel-manager conflict detection, returning-guest indicators, the OTA commission reconciliation report, and self-check-in access codes, with a link through to the full hotel suite.
