Sending invoices from the roof, not from home. Before this I was writing quotes on paper at the job and re-typing everything into Xero back home a day or two later, and half the time the customer had already gone with someone else. Now I quote on the spot from my phone, the customer signs there, and the invoice goes out the same day. Getting paid way faster. I'd like more options for customising the quote template, but once it was set up it's been solid. Worth it for any tradie still doing paperwork after hours.

Is there an Android app?
Not yet, a native Android app is on the waitlist (coming soon). In the meantime, the OneBookPlus web app works on any Android device at my.onebookplus.com.au, it installs to your home screen and works offline like a native app.
Does the app do everything the web version does?
The iOS app covers the day-to-day jobs you do on the move, invoicing, quotes, bookings, jobs, contacts, expenses, payments and dashboards across 80+ screens. Heavier admin (bulk accounting, settings) is best on the web app; everything syncs instantly between them.
Is OneBookPlus a good app for tradies?
Yes, it's built for exactly that workflow: quote at the kerbside, convert to a GST invoice in one tap when the job's done, send it with the pay-now link that Starter and above add, and snap material receipts before they're lost. Plumbers, electricians, builders and other trades use it as a single app for jobs, invoicing and bookings instead of juggling separate tools.
Where is my business data stored?
In Australia. OneBookPlus hosts data on Australian infrastructure (AWS Sydney region), encrypts it in transit and at rest, and isolates every business at the database level. Signing in on the app and the web uses the same account and the same data.
