System status
Core systems
operational.
The current state of OneBookPlus services and our full incident history. Every row on this page is read and typed by a person. The one check that is not is the live one below, which asks the application itself whether it answers.
1 capability in development. Bank Feeds withdrawn, Tap to Pay blocked.
The rows below were last read through by hand on 31 August 2026, 7 days ago.
Live check
Checking whether my.onebookplus.com.au answers
This runs from our website, not from your own connection, so give it a moment.
Results are held for up to 20 seconds so a busy day does not add load to the service this check is asking about.
Services
Current status of every OneBookPlus service, reviewed and updated manually. This page covers availability. Security notices are published on the OneBookPlus security page.
Web App
Dashboard, invoicing, CRM, bookings, and all browser-based features.
API
Backend services powering all platform functionality.
Database
Primary data store for accounts, contacts, invoices, and business data.
Payment Processing
Stripe-powered invoice payments and subscription billing.
Email Delivery
Transactional emails, invoices, quotes, reminders, and notifications.
SMS
Appointment reminders and booking confirmations via SMS.
Mobile App
Native iOS application for on-the-go business management.
Bank Feeds
Withdrawn. Bank accounts cannot be connected and existing connections are not importing transactions. We are replacing the provider and rebuilding the feed, with no date set. Expenses and bills can be entered directly or scanned from a receipt or supplier invoice in the meantime.
ATO Lodgement
Direct ATO e-lodgement via SBR is in final ATO certification, prepare and validate BAS and returns today; we'll tell you the moment lodgement goes live on your account. Single Touch Payroll pay events are not lodged from OneBookPlus and are not part of this work.
Tap to Pay
Contactless card payments on iPhone, no extra hardware. Tap to Pay on iPhone is built but stays switched off in the public app until Apple grants the distribution entitlement, so plan on the payment link. We cannot say when the entitlement will be granted, so no account has it and none is waiting in a queue.
- Operational
- the service is running and doing its job as far as we know. Nothing on this page measures it, so this is a person's reading, not a probe.
- Degraded
- the service is up but part of it is not working, or it is slow enough to notice. It is usable, with something missing or delayed.
- Outage
- the service is not answering. This is an interruption, not a limitation.
- In Development
- a new capability is still being built. It is not a live service yet, so it is not part of the availability target below.
- Withdrawn
- we have taken a capability out of service on purpose and it is not available to anyone. It is not an outage.
- Blocked
- the work is finished on our side and something outside our control is holding it back, so we cannot give you a date. It is not available to anyone.
Nothing marked in development, withdrawn and blocked is a live service, so none of it is part of the 99.9% availability target set out in the OneBookPlus service level agreement.
If something is not working right now
This website being up tells you nothing about the app
This page is served from one host and the application you log in to runs on another, in AWS Sydney. They fail independently, which is why the live check at the top asks the application itself rather than relying on this page loading.
Tell us, even if it looks obvious
Email hello@onebookplus.com.au with what you were doing, roughly when it happened, your business name, and any message on the screen. That is the same address the service level agreement names for reporting an incident, and it reaches a person rather than a queue.
What to expect back
Severity 1, Critical: the core platform is down or unusable for most users, with no reasonable workaround. The published target for a first reply is 4 business hours, measured across Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm AEST/AEDT, excluding Victorian public holidays. That is the time to a first human answer, not a promise of a fix by then, and it is the same on every plan including the free one.
The other severity bands are in the OneBookPlus service level agreement, and how we work through an incident once it is open is written up in the OneBookPlus incident response plan.
Reliability
99.9% uptime target
Your business doesn't stop, and neither should your tools. We target 99.9% uptime across all services. That target is ours. We run on AWS Sydney, Vercel, Supabase, Stripe and Resend, and their published availability commitments vary by plan, so we do not restate them here as though they were ours.
We don't yet publish measured uptime or response-time figures, this page reflects our target and our real incident history, updated by hand. When independent uptime monitoring is in place, the measured numbers will appear here.
Because we publish no measured figure, do not treat this page as the record of what you experienced. If an interruption cost you a day, send us the dates and times you saw it and we will work from that. The service credits, and the 30 days after the end of the affected month in which a credit has to be claimed, are set out in the OneBookPlus service level agreement.
Incident history
When an incident affects the service, we document it here, what happened, why, and what we changed. This log was started on 2 July 2026 and was last read through on 31 August 2026.
No service outages recorded here
This list covers outages: times the service was down or degraded. Nothing has been written up here since 2 July 2026, which is not the same as a spotless record, only an empty one. When an outage happens we document it here, what happened, why, and what we changed. Security notices, including platform-abuse incidents that did not affect availability, are published separately on the OneBookPlus security page.
Infrastructure
We run on AWS Sydney, Vercel, Supabase, Stripe and Resend. Their published availability commitments vary by plan; ours is the 99.9% target above.
Vercel
Public website hosting
Serves the marketing website (onebookplus.com.au) from a global edge network with zero-downtime deploys.
AWS ECS Fargate
Application hosting
Runs the OneBookPlus application (the dashboard you log in to) in AWS ap-southeast-2 (Sydney).
Supabase
Database & Auth
Managed PostgreSQL hosted on AWS Sydney, with each business's records fenced off inside the database itself.
Stripe
Payments
PCI-compliant payment processing for subscriptions and invoice payments.
Resend
Transactional email delivery for invoices, quotes, and notifications.
How you hear about changes
There is no status mailing list yet, so nothing on this page will sign you up for one. Maintenance and releases are announced in the OneBookPlus changelog, which has a working RSS feed, and anything with a security angle is published on the OneBookPlus security page. If an incident affects your account, we email you directly; you do not have to subscribe to anything to get that.
