The five things people ask Plus most

Answered here in full so you do not have to type them. Each one links to the page that carries the detail.

How much does OneBookPlus cost?
There are four plans, all in Australian dollars with GST included: $0/month (Free), $29/month (Starter), $49/month (Plus), or $69/month (Growth). The free plan is free forever and covers 10 invoices and 5 quotes a month, 250 contacts and 1 booking page, with no card and no trial clock. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial that also takes no card. What the plans band is logins rather than charging per seat, and App Marketplace add-ons such as the AI Receptionist sit on top of any plan.

Do you work for my industry?
Probably. OneBookPlus publishes a dedicated page for each of 88 industries, covering trades, allied health, hospitality, beauty, retail, real estate, professional services, driving schools, aged care and more, and each one names the modules and integrations that industry actually uses. The core of the product, invoicing, quotes, bookings, CRM and accounting, is the same underneath; what changes is which modules turn on and what the screens are called.

How do you compare to Xero?
Xero is accounting software and does that one job deeply, with a large app ecosystem and an accountant on nearly every high street who already knows it. OneBookPlus keeps full double-entry books, a general ledger, journals, balance sheet, cash flow and BAS figures, and then adds the bookings, CRM, jobs, quotes and marketing you would otherwise buy separately, on one subscription and one database. If your only problem is the books and your accountant is set up in Xero, stay there. If you are paying for Xero plus a booking tool plus a CRM, the comparison is worth reading.

Which BAS labels does OneBookPlus work out for me?
G1, 1A, 1B, G10, G11 and W2, derived from your invoices, expenses and till sales rather than from a separate register you have to keep. Invoices and quotes calculate 10% GST, and ABNs validate against the Australian Business Register. Direct ATO e-lodgement via SBR is in final ATO certification, prepare and validate BAS and returns today; we'll tell you the moment lodgement goes live on your account.

What does the AI Receptionist do?
It answers every call and text on your business number, 24 hours a day, in your business's own voice. It books the job straight into your calendar, answers the questions you have told it about, captures the lead with the job address, takes a message, or hands the live call to your phone when you want to take it. It comes with a free Australian number, and every conversation is transcribed with its outcome and the campaign that produced it. It is $79/mo as an App Marketplace add-on and needs AI Companion at $25/mo underneath it, not a per-minute meter.

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Free plan quotas and the trial length are rendered from the same pricing source the OneBookPlus pricing page uses, so they cannot disagree with it. Starter is $29 a month.
