Google Ads
Your ad performance sits with the rest of the business, not in a separate tab
Key takeaways
4- Campaign performance read in the noun you use, with a cost per result
- Budget alerts and keyword performance in the same place as the business

- Reports and CSV export for the detail
- No click-to-invoice attribution, nothing joins ad spend to revenue
About this app
Connect your Google Ads account and your campaigns are read where the rest of the business is read. Each campaign is written up as a plain sentence with its cost per result, in the noun you actually use, bookings, calls, enquiries or sales, instead of a wall of acronyms. Budget alerts tell you when a campaign is about to burn its cap. Keyword performance shows which terms are earning the clicks. Reports and a CSV export are there when you want the detail. What it does not do is join an ad click to a paid invoice. Nothing in OneBookPlus connects ad spend to a booking or an invoice, so if you need click-to-revenue attribution, this is not the app that gives it to you.

About OneBookPlus apps
How Google Ads fits into the rest of OneBookPlus
Most OneBookPlus apps are not external integrations wired up between separate products. They are native modules installed inside the same platform you already use for invoicing, bookings, CRM, and accounting. That means Google Ads reads from and writes to the same customer records, financial entries, and calendar events as every other module, with no scheduled sync delays and no risk of data drift between systems.
Because the marketplace runs inside OneBookPlus, billing is consolidated. Google Ads appears as a single line on the same OneBookPlus invoice as your plan, so you don't end up reconciling separate vendor charges across three or four different SaaS subscriptions. Cancellation is one click and never reaches into your data. Uninstalling an app removes the feature from the UI but preserves the underlying customer, invoice, and booking records, so reinstalling later picks up exactly where you left off.
Every app in the marketplace is built specifically for the Australian small and medium business context: GST and ABN handling are first-class concerns, dates render as DD/MM/YYYY, currency defaults to AUD, and the underlying compliance plumbing (BAS summaries, ATO-friendly records, AHPRA / NDIS / Fair Work checkpoints where relevant) is shared across modules.
For a side-by-side of which features ship as core modules versus which require an installed app, see the features page. For pricing across plans and which apps are bundled at each tier, see the pricing page.
Frequently asked questions
Common questions about Google Ads and the OneBookPlus app marketplace.
Does it tell me which ad led to a paid invoice?
No. Nothing joins ad spend to a booking or an invoice in OneBookPlus, and we are not going to imply otherwise at this price. You get campaign performance, keywords, budget and cost per result.
Does it write ad copy for me?
No. There is no ad-copy generator in this app.
Whose Google Ads account is it?
Yours. You sign in on google.com, the connection is read against your own account, and you can disconnect it at any time.
Every app in the marketplace
These answers are the same whichever app you install.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. There are no lock-in contracts on any OneBookPlus app. Uninstall from your dashboard at any time and billing stops at the end of the current period.
- Is my data secure?
- Yes. Encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), with each business's data isolated at the database layer, hosted in Australia in line with the Privacy Act 1988. We never sell or share your business data with third parties, and the full practices are documented on the OneBookPlus security page at onebookplus.com.au/security.
- Is OneBookPlus built for Australian businesses?
- Yes. OneBookPlus is Australian-owned, built in Melbourne, with GST, ABN validation and ATO-ready BAS reporting as the foundation, not an afterthought.
