About this app
Programming, daily workout cards and RM-based loading, built in Australia and billed in AUD. None of it is built yet, so there is nothing to install from this page and nothing is charged for it. When it ships, PT Workout Builder will cover exercise programming, daily workout cards in the client portal, RM-based loading progression, form-video attachments and weekly check-ins, tied to the client's session bookings and pack credits in OneBookPlus. You will build from a library of standard exercises (compound lifts, accessory work, conditioning, mobility) or add your own with notes and form videos, then assemble exercises into sessions, sessions into weekly blocks, and weekly blocks into 4 to 12 week programs. Each client will get their daily workout in the booking portal: sets, reps, RPE target, recommended load calculated from their most recent 1RM, and form cues. They log the reps and load they actually completed, you see the data on your dashboard and adjust the next week. For hybrid clients the program will follow them across both modes, the Monday session in your gym and the Wednesday session in their garage, from one plan. Goal-driven programs (5x5 strength, hypertrophy, endurance, fat-loss) are planned as templates you clone and customise.
How it works
- 1
There is nothing to build in yet, the programming tool has not been written
- 2
Register your interest here and we will tell you when it lands
- 3
Until then, keep programming where you keep it now
- 4
When it ships you will build or clone a 4 to 12 week template, assign it, and the daily card will appear in the client's booking portal
- 5
Clients will log completed sets, reps, load and RPE, and you will adjust the next week from that data

About OneBookPlus apps
How Personal Trainer Workout Builder fits into the rest of OneBookPlus
Most OneBookPlus apps are not external integrations wired up between separate products. They are native modules installed inside the same platform you already use for invoicing, bookings, CRM, and accounting. That means Personal Trainer Workout Builder reads from and writes to the same customer records, financial entries, and calendar events as every other module, with no scheduled sync delays and no risk of data drift between systems.
Because the marketplace runs inside OneBookPlus, billing is consolidated. Personal Trainer Workout Builder appears as a single line on the same OneBookPlus invoice as your plan, so you don't end up reconciling separate vendor charges across three or four different SaaS subscriptions. Cancellation is one click and never reaches into your data. Uninstalling an app removes the feature from the UI but preserves the underlying customer, invoice, and booking records, so reinstalling later picks up exactly where you left off.
Every app in the marketplace is built specifically for the Australian small and medium business context: GST and ABN handling are first-class concerns, dates render as DD/MM/YYYY, currency defaults to AUD, and the underlying compliance plumbing (BAS summaries, ATO-friendly records, AHPRA / NDIS / Fair Work checkpoints where relevant) is shared across modules.
For a side-by-side of which features ship as core modules versus which require an installed app, see the features page. For pricing across plans and which apps are bundled at each tier, see the pricing page.
Frequently asked questions
Common questions about Personal Trainer Workout Builder and the OneBookPlus app marketplace.
How will this differ from Body Composition Tracker?
Body Composition Tracker is planned to capture outcomes (weight, body-fat %, PRs, photos) and Workout Builder to capture programming (what exercises, what load, what progression), sharing a client so a PR logged in a session updates the PR record. Neither app is built yet.
Will it replace what I use now when it ships?
That is the intent for most one-to-one PT work: exercise library, daily workout cards, form videos, client-side logging and weekly check-ins. Two things are not planned, nutrition tracking and group-coaching direct messages. None of it is built, so do not cancel anything you rely on today on the strength of this page.
What about RM-based loading?
Planned. Capture a client's 1RM, or estimate it from a higher-rep set, and loads would be prescribed as a % of 1RM per exercise, recalculating downstream when the 1RM changes. Nothing calculates that today.
Will clients log their own workouts on mobile?
That is the plan, through the booking portal on their phone, with one-tap set completion and an override for load, reps and RPE when they hit something different from the prescription. The portal does not carry workouts today.
Will it work for boot-camp and small-group clients?
Cohort templates are planned, so you would program once and assign to a squad, each client carrying their own load prescription off their own 1RMs while following the same structure. Not built yet.
