Before you write
Who actually reads my message?
The founder, Bishal Shrestha, the same person who builds the product and wrote the incident-response plan. OneBookPlus is founder-led, so there's no ticket queue between you and the person who can fix your problem.
What's the fastest way to get a question answered?
For account, billing, or in-product questions, log in and use the in-app chat, it's faster than email and your message arrives with your account context attached. For pre-sales questions, the live demo at /demo or a 15-minute walkthrough at /book-demo usually answers everything. Use this contact form for everything else.
How quickly do you respond?
The aim is to reply to every contact form submission within one business day (Australian Eastern time). Critical issues, payment failures, login problems, data access, are prioritised ahead of everything else. Because one person handles all support, replies can occasionally take longer; critical issues never wait behind general questions.
Do you offer phone support?
Not as a standing phone line yet. Support is via email and in-app chat. If something is easier to talk through, say so in your message with your number and a good time, and the founder will call you back during Australian business hours.
I want to suggest a feature, where should I send it?
Use this form. Every feature request is read by the founder and weighed against the public roadmap (/roadmap). Because there's no committee, good suggestions can ship quickly, the changelog (/changelog) shows what's gone out each month.
I'm a journalist, partner, or investor, can I get in touch?
Yes. Use this form and mention your role in the message. Press, partnership, and integration enquiries are all handled by the founder directly.
