Do I need a separate website host or domain registrar?
No. Your site is hosted by us on a free .onebookplus.com subdomain by default. If you have your own domain (e.g. yourbusiness.com.au), connect it through the guided DNS wizard, we verify ownership and provision SSL automatically.
How does the AI work, and what does it cost?
AI features run on the AI Companion app ($25/month, includes 500 AI credits/month + 100 bonus on first install). Light AI tasks like rewriting a block cost 1 credit; heavy ones cost more, an AI image or a page of an AI-built site is 10 and a complete theme is 40. The website builder works without AI Companion installed, you just lose the AI assist, and the editor remains fully usable manually.
Is there a free plan?
No, not for the Website Builder itself: it is $29/month after a 14-day free trial. AI assistance is via the optional AI Companion add-on. Your base OneBookPlus plan (invoicing, CRM, bookings) starts on a Free tier.
Can I bring my existing content over?
Yes. Use the AI site plan with your existing copy pasted in, or use the block editor manually. Programmatic SEO landing pages support CSV import; redirects from your old URLs can be bulk-imported as a CSV too.
How does the multi-language feature work?
Add any locale (e.g. fr, es-MX). Click 'Translate all with AI' on the i18n dashboard, every page, post, and settings field is translated in one batch. Translations are flagged as 'needs review' so you sign off before they're public. hreflang tags are emitted automatically.
