Every job, every service-kind, every kilometre reading is stored against the vehicle. Pull up the rego at booking time and see the whole life of the car.
Service reminders, scheduled automatically
A cron sweeps the fleet daily, surfaces vehicles whose service interval (days or km) has elapsed, and queues the reminder. No spreadsheet, no manual chasing.
Rego renewal tracking + reminders
Rego expiry dates are tracked per vehicle and per state. Customers get a reminder before they get a fine, and the workshop earns a callout instead of losing the vehicle.
