Class rosters with one-tap check-in
Every class has a live roster. Instructors mark attendance in the studio, and member packs are debited automatically as people walk in.
Pack credits with expiry tracking
Sell a 10-class pack once, and the system tracks remaining credits, expiry dates, and which packs are about to run out, so members can be re-sold before they lapse.
Waitlist that fills cancelled spots
When a member cancels, the next person on the waitlist is offered the spot. Stale waits (over 14 days, never offered) are flagged so the studio can follow up personally.
