Your bookings, in the calendar you already watch
Every OneBookPlus booking can land in Google Calendar on any plan, the Free plan included. From Starter, connect the account both ways so the events already in your calendar close those times on your public booking page.
What it does, and on which plan
Your bookings in Google Calendar
Your booking calendar has a private feed address. Add it in Google Calendar under Other calendars, From URL, and every booking shows up alongside everything else in your day. Apple Calendar and Outlook take the same address.
You choose what each event shows
Set what goes in the event title and body, the client name, the service, the address, the phone number, and how the address is formatted. The same choice applies to the subscribed feed and to a connected Google Calendar, so a booking reads the same wherever you see it.
Two-way sync, so your own events block your availability
Connect the Google account itself and the events already in your calendar close those times on your public booking page. A dentist appointment on Thursday morning stops a client booking Thursday morning, without you touching your working hours.
It refreshes on its own
The connected sync runs every 15 minutes, and there is a Sync now button when you want it immediately. The subscribed feed refreshes on whatever schedule your calendar app uses, which for Google and Apple is usually about hourly.
Setting it up
- 1In your dashboard, open Bookings and then Calendar settings.
- 2Copy the feed address, then in Google Calendar choose Other calendars, From URL, and paste it. Your bookings start appearing at your calendar's next refresh.
- 3On Starter or above, connect your Google account on the same screen and turn on two-way sync, then pick which of your Google calendars to read.
- 4Choose what each event shows, the client name, the service, the address and how it is formatted, so the calendar says what you want it to say.

Do I need a paid plan to see my bookings in Google Calendar?
No. The subscribable booking feed is on every plan, the Free plan included. Copy the feed address from Calendar settings in your dashboard and add it in Google Calendar under Other calendars, From URL. Apple Calendar and Outlook accept the same address.
What is the difference between the feed and two-way sync?
The feed is one direction and read-only: OneBookPlus bookings appear in your calendar, and nothing in your calendar comes back. Two-way sync connects the Google account itself, so events already in your Google Calendar block out those times on your public booking page as well. Two-way sync starts on the Starter plan.
How quickly does a new booking appear?
A subscribed feed refreshes on your calendar app's own schedule, which for Google and Apple is usually around an hour, so a booking taken minutes ago may not be there yet. A connected two-way sync runs every 15 minutes and has a Sync now button for when you cannot wait.
What do my clients see in my calendar?
Only what you choose. Calendar settings let you decide what goes in the event title and body and how the address is written, so you can keep a client's phone number out of a calendar you share with someone else.
Can I disconnect it?
Yes. Turn two-way sync off or disconnect the Google account from Calendar settings at any time, and regenerate the feed address if you have shared it somewhere you would rather it was not. Your bookings stay in OneBookPlus either way.
