When you add a new listing, Buyer Matching scans your CRM for contacts whose saved preferences match, budget range, preferred suburbs, property types, bedroom requirements, and listing type (buy or rent). Each match gets a confidence score so you know who to call first. Save buyer preferences on any contact: price range, suburbs, bedrooms, must-have features, pre-approval status, and urgency level. The more data you capture, the better the matches get. When a hot buyer matches a new listing, reach out before your competitors even know it exists.
