About this app
The point of this app is the reminder, not the schedule lookup. You set your workshop's default service interval once, in months and in kilometres, and every vehicle inherits it. Where a car needs something different you override the interval on that vehicle. Each completed service rolls the next-due date and odometer forward from the actual service, not from a guess, and an SMS goes out ahead of it with a one-tap booking link. Fleet accounts pick up their capped price at quote time. Be clear on what it is not: there is no manufacturer logbook database in OneBookPlus. Nothing decodes a VIN into a factory service schedule, so if you service capped-price warranty work you set the interval per vehicle from the manufacturer's own book.
How it works
- 1
Set your workshop's default service interval in months and kilometres
- 2
Override the interval on any vehicle that needs a different one, warranty servicing included
- 3
Record the service, and the next due date and odometer roll forward from it
- 4
An SMS goes out before the due date with a one-tap booking link
- 5
Fleet accounts get their capped price applied when the quote is built

About OneBookPlus apps
How Logbook Servicing fits into the rest of OneBookPlus
Most OneBookPlus apps are not external integrations wired up between separate products. They are native modules installed inside the same platform you already use for invoicing, bookings, CRM, and accounting. That means Logbook Servicing reads from and writes to the same customer records, financial entries, and calendar events as every other module, with no scheduled sync delays and no risk of data drift between systems.
Because the marketplace runs inside OneBookPlus, billing is consolidated. Logbook Servicing appears as a single line on the same OneBookPlus invoice as your plan, so you don't end up reconciling separate vendor charges across three or four different SaaS subscriptions. Cancellation is one click and never reaches into your data. Uninstalling an app removes the feature from the UI but preserves the underlying customer, invoice, and booking records, so reinstalling later picks up exactly where you left off.
Every app in the marketplace is built specifically for the Australian small and medium business context: GST and ABN handling are first-class concerns, dates render as DD/MM/YYYY, currency defaults to AUD, and the underlying compliance plumbing (BAS summaries, ATO-friendly records, AHPRA / NDIS / Fair Work checkpoints where relevant) is shared across modules.
For a side-by-side of which features ship as core modules versus which require an installed app, see the features page. For pricing across plans and which apps are bundled at each tier, see the pricing page.
Frequently asked questions
Common questions about Logbook Servicing and the OneBookPlus app marketplace.
Does it look up the manufacturer's logbook schedule from the VIN?
No. There is no manufacturer service-schedule data in OneBookPlus. The VIN decoder returns year, make, model, fuel and transmission, and nothing about service intervals. You set the interval, per workshop or per vehicle.
Can I use it for capped-price warranty servicing?
Yes, as the reminder and the record, but you have to enter the manufacturer's interval on the vehicle yourself. Do not assume the default is right for a car under warranty.
What is the default interval?
Six months or 10,000km, whichever comes first, until you change it. Both the months and the kilometres are yours to set.
Every app in the marketplace
These answers are the same whichever app you install.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. There are no lock-in contracts on any OneBookPlus app. Uninstall from your dashboard at any time and billing stops at the end of the current period.
- Is my data secure?
- Yes. Encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), with each business's data isolated at the database layer, hosted in Australia in line with the Privacy Act 1988. We never sell or share your business data with third parties, and the full practices are documented on the OneBookPlus security page at onebookplus.com.au/security.
- Is OneBookPlus built for Australian businesses?
