About this app

Enter a listing once and let everything else read it. Portal Push gives your agency two live feed URLs: clean JSON for your own website, and REAXML, the format the Australian portal industry runs on. Both update as you create, price, put under offer and withdraw listings, so your site is never showing last week's stock. The JSON carries stable listing IDs, photos, open-home times, agent details, land and building area, features and timestamps, which is everything a listing page needs and no XML parser required. Sold, leased and withdrawn listings stay in the REAXML feed for 30 days so anything consuming it knows to take them down. One thing to be clear about: realestate.com.au and Domain do not collect listings from a link. REA ingests REAXML pushed to their servers by a registered feed provider, and Domain takes listings through their Listing Management API. We are working through registration with both, and until that is done you should keep your existing uploader pointed at the portals. This app is for your own website and any tool that accepts a feed URL.

About OneBookPlus apps

How Portal Push (XML Feed) fits into the rest of OneBookPlus

Most OneBookPlus apps are not external integrations wired up between separate products. They are native modules installed inside the same platform you already use for invoicing, bookings, CRM, and accounting. That means Portal Push (XML Feed) reads from and writes to the same customer records, financial entries, and calendar events as every other module, with no scheduled sync delays and no risk of data drift between systems.

Because the marketplace runs inside OneBookPlus, billing is consolidated. Portal Push (XML Feed) is included free with every plan, so installation just enables the feature in your dashboard. Cancellation is one click and never reaches into your data. Uninstalling an app removes the feature from the UI but preserves the underlying customer, invoice, and booking records, so reinstalling later picks up exactly where you left off.

Every app in the marketplace is built specifically for the Australian small and medium business context: GST and ABN handling are first-class concerns, dates render as DD/MM/YYYY, currency defaults to AUD, and the underlying compliance plumbing (BAS summaries, ATO-friendly records, AHPRA / NDIS / Fair Work checkpoints where relevant) is shared across modules.

For a side-by-side of which features ship as core modules versus which require an installed app, see the features page. For pricing across plans and which apps are bundled at each tier, see the pricing page.
