Give your clients a way to book with you online, at any hour, on every plan.
Start here: make your services bookable
This is the step most people miss, and nothing on screen tells you it is missing.
Go to Bookings then Services, open each service, and make sure Bookable is ticked. A service that is not ticked will not appear on your public page, even though it looks perfectly fine in your services list. If you preview your booking page and see your business name but no services, this is why.
Services added before August 2026 were saved as not bookable by default, so if you set yours up earlier it is worth checking each one.
While you are there, give each service a duration. The page builds its available times from that, so a service with no duration has no slots to offer.
Your public booking link
Every business gets a booking page at:
onebookplus.com.au/book/your-business-name
Go to Bookings then Setup to see your link, and to change the part after /book/ to something tidier than the default. Change it before you share it anywhere, because the old address stops working as soon as you do.
Share it on your website, your social profiles or your email signature. Your client can:
- Browse your bookable services
- Choose a date and time
- Enter their details
- Confirm, with no account needed
Put it on your own website
Bookings then Setup also gives you the ways to share it: a plain link, a QR code for print, and an embed snippet you can paste into your own website.
The rest of your setup
Bookings then Setup is also where you set your branding and your booking forms. Your available hours are under Bookings then Availability.
