Set Up Your Services

Create services with prices and durations that can be used for bookings.

Services are the building blocks of your booking system.

Creating a Service

  1. Go to Bookings, then Services from the sidebar
  2. Click New Service
  3. Enter:
    • Service name: e.g., "Men's Haircut", "1-Hour Consultation"
    • Price: the fee you charge
    • Duration: how long the service takes (in minutes)
    • Bookable: toggle on if you want this service available for online bookings
    • Active: toggle off to hide a service without deleting it
  4. Click Save

Managing Services

  • Edit any service to update pricing or duration
  • Reorder services to control the display order
  • Deactivate a service if you no longer offer it but want to keep historical data

Services are used in:

  • Internal bookings you create
  • The public online booking page
  • Booking platform embed widget
