Plans and Pricing

OneBookPlus offers flexible plans to grow with your business.

Available Plans

• Free: 10 GST-compliant invoices a month, 5 quotes, 250 contacts, one booking page and basic CRM. No trial clock, no credit card.
• Starter: the core features unlocked with more room to work: 1,000 contacts, 3 booking pages and up to 3 team members.
• Plus: unlimited contacts, invoices, quotes and booking pages, with up to 5 team members.
• Growth: the full feature set, up to 10 team members, and the AI Companion included.

Each plan includes a set number of logins: 1 on Free, 3 on Starter, 5 on Plus and 10 on Growth. On Growth you can add an extra login, prorated onto the same invoice, rather than move up a plan for one more person. Every other plan moves up a tier instead. Rostered staff who never sign in, such as instructors, cleaners and stylists, are free and unlimited on every plan. Support is the same on every plan including Free: email and in-app support from the founder, usually answered the same business day in Australian hours. Current prices, GST inclusive, are on the OneBookPlus pricing page. Pay annually and you are charged for 10 months instead of 12.

Viewing Your Current Plan

Go to Settings, then Billing & Plan to see:

• Your current plan and monthly price
• Feature limits
• Trial status (if applicable)
• Days remaining on trial or promo

Upgrading

1. Go to Settings, then Billing & Plan
2. Click Upgrade next to the plan you want
3. Complete payment via Stripe
4. Your account is upgraded immediately

Promo Codes

If you have a promo code:

• It may have been applied during signup
• Check Settings, then Billing & Plan to see the applied code and discount details

App Add-Ons

Some features are paid add-on apps you install yourself. Open the App Marketplace in your sidebar, or browse the OneBookPlus app marketplace, to see what is available on your plan, what each one costs and which include a trial.

One name to know: the website and booking pages app is called Website Builder in the marketplace, and appears in your sidebar as Booking Platform once it is installed. Each shows its monthly price and any trial period.
