Everything about what you pay us sits in one place: Settings, then Billing & Plan.
Who can change it
Only the account owner. Admins can run the business, they cannot change what the business is paying for, and that is deliberate: a subscription is a commitment, and it belongs to whoever signed up.
Updating your card
On the billing page, click Manage. That opens the Stripe customer portal, which is where your card details actually live. We never hold your card number ourselves.
From the portal you can change the card, download your receipts, and see the full payment history.
Cancelling
Cancel from the same portal. Two things worth knowing before you do:
- Your account stays on the paid plan until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You do not lose the rest of the month you bought
- After that, the account drops to the free plan. It is not deleted, and your invoices, contacts and bookings are all still there
If you only want to spend less, you do not have to cancel. The Change Plan section further down the same billing page moves you to a smaller plan, which keeps you paid up and keeps your history.
If a payment fails
The billing page shows a notice saying the last payment failed, and Stripe retries the card automatically over the following days. Open Manage and update the card rather than waiting it out.
Add-on apps are billed separately
Each paid app from the marketplace has its own line and its own subscription. Cancelling your plan does not cancel them. See removing an app and what happens to your data.
