Set up the instructors learners can book online: what each one teaches, when, where they travel, and a booking link of their own.

Under Fleet and Scheduler, Bookable instructors lists every instructor, each switched on or off for online lessons. Open one to set the name and photo customers see and tick the lessons they teach. Set the notice they need and the gap between lessons, and the hours each lesson can be booked with them. Each instructor also gets their own booking link, a box to embed on your website, and a calendar feed for their phone.

Under Service areas, choose the suburbs each instructor travels to, so learners only see the instructors who come to them. Booking links has a ready link for every page, lesson and package, plus a builder for any lesson with any instructor.
