Your OneBookPlus data is exportable at any time, so you are never locked in.

Lessons a learner has already paid for are your obligation to honour whichever system you use. When you move to OneBookPlus, add each learner's remaining lessons as credits on their ledger so the balance carries across and every future lesson draws it down, visible to you and to the family. Doing that at cutover is also a useful forcing function: you reconcile exactly who is owed what before you retire the old system, rather than discovering it lesson by lesson afterwards.
