About this app
This app is not usable and we are saying so rather than leaving the old description up. The form builder behind it cannot save a template, so nobody has ever created one, and the pages it does open route only into the aged-care menu. We are rebuilding it on the client forms engine that already ships elsewhere in OneBookPlus, the one that sends a form to a client, shows you what the client sees before anyone signs, and stores the signed copy against the contact. When it is rebuilt it will do that for care documentation: care plans, progress notes, incident reports and assessments, completed on a phone, timestamped, attributed to the staff member who filled it in, and stored with the signature. Until then there is nothing to install. If you are on the salon, trades, cleaning or beauty side of OneBookPlus, client forms and waivers already work and are part of your plan.

I installed this app. What do I get today?
Nothing usable. The form builder cannot save a template, so there is nothing to build a form with. If you are being charged for it, contact us at hello@onebookplus.com.au and we will sort it out.
What happened to it?
It was published before the storage behind it worked. The template save fails against the care notes table it writes to, which is why no template has ever been created. We are rebuilding it on the client forms engine instead of patching it.
Is there anything that does work like this now?
Yes, on the salon, trades, cleaning and beauty verticals. Client forms and waivers send a form to a client, let you preview exactly what the client sees before anyone signs, and store the signed copy against the contact. That is included, not a paid app.
