Loyalty Rewards gives Australian retailers and cafes a complete loyalty stack that runs alongside the POS, no separate app for the customer to download, no second login for the operator. Set up a stamp card ('buy 10, get 1 free'), a points program ('1 point per dollar'), or a tier program ('Silver after $500, Gold after $2,000') in the loyalty wizard. Find a member by phone number at the retail till and every sale you attach them to earns points; the cashier taps a stamp card to add a stamp. Members also earn automatically when an invoice of theirs is paid in full or a booking is marked completed, and a refund takes those points back. Ticking a stamp card on a new customer's sale enrols them, or add them under Loyalty, Members. When a card fills, the till shows the reward so you can hand it over. Redeem points from the member's page or their contact card when you hand a reward over; nothing takes a reward off a sale at checkout yet. The birthdays board shows whose birthday falls this week, so you can send a free coffee or a discount before the week gets away. The members list sorts by last visit, so you can see which regulars have not been in lately and win them back with an offer.
