  • Commission is snapshotted per booking, so channel cost is measured, not estimated
  • A rate adjustment per channel lets direct undercut the OTAs

  • A 60-day occupancy forecast with holds, blocks and conflicts
  • No automated pricing, and nothing posts to Xero or MYOB

About this app

Every stay records the channel it came from and the commission that channel takes, snapshotted at the moment of booking, so the question "what does Expedia actually cost me against direct" has an answer rather than a guess. You set a rate adjustment per channel, so your direct rate can undercut an OTA by the commission you are not paying. A 60-day occupancy forecast shows every room against every night, with holds, confirmed stays, blocks and conflicts, and the pickup over the last fortnight. Deposits and balances owing are tracked per stay, along with failed instalments, so nobody leaves without paying. Pricing is not automated: there is no PriceLabs or Wheelhouse connection and no rate is changed for you. Nothing posts to Xero or MYOB from here either, the Xero sync is a separate app and is not shipping yet.

How it works

  1. 1

Set the commission each channel charges you, and a rate adjustment per channel

  2. 2

Every booking snapshots its channel and its commission at the moment it is made

  3. 3

Read the 60-day forecast to see holds, confirmed stays, blocks and conflicts per room

  4. 4

Log a parity quote when an OTA is showing a rate you did not set

  5. 5

Work the balances owing and failed instalments so nothing is left uncollected

Who it's for

  • Managers who cannot say what a Booking.com night nets against a direct one
  • Properties setting a direct rate that undercuts the OTA after commission
  • Operators who want the next 60 nights on one screen before they discount
  • Anyone chasing deposits and balances that were never collected

Features included

About OneBookPlus apps

How Revenue Operations fits into the rest of OneBookPlus

Most OneBookPlus apps are not external integrations wired up between separate products. They are native modules installed inside the same platform you already use for invoicing, bookings, CRM, and accounting. That means Revenue Operations reads from and writes to the same customer records, financial entries, and calendar events as every other module, with no scheduled sync delays and no risk of data drift between systems.

Because the marketplace runs inside OneBookPlus, billing is consolidated. Revenue Operations appears as a single line on the same OneBookPlus invoice as your plan, so you don't end up reconciling separate vendor charges across three or four different SaaS subscriptions. Cancellation is one click and never reaches into your data. Uninstalling an app removes the feature from the UI but preserves the underlying customer, invoice, and booking records, so reinstalling later picks up exactly where you left off.

Every app in the marketplace is built specifically for the Australian small and medium business context: GST and ABN handling are first-class concerns, dates render as DD/MM/YYYY, currency defaults to AUD, and the underlying compliance plumbing (BAS summaries, ATO-friendly records, AHPRA / NDIS / Fair Work checkpoints where relevant) is shared across modules.

For a side-by-side of which features ship as core modules versus which require an installed app, see the features page. For pricing across plans and which apps are bundled at each tier, see the pricing page.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about Revenue Operations and the OneBookPlus app marketplace.

Does it change my rates automatically?

No. There is no dynamic pricing engine and no PriceLabs or Wheelhouse connection. It shows you the forecast and the channel economics, and you set the rate.

Does it post revenue journals to Xero or MYOB?

No. Nothing is sent to an external accounting package from here. Revenue posts to the OneBookPlus ledger with the rest of your income.

How is the commission figure worked out?

From the rate you set for that channel, applied to the booking value and stored on the stay when it is made. Changing the rate later does not rewrite bookings that already happened.

These answers are the same whichever app you install.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts on any OneBookPlus app. Uninstall from your dashboard at any time and billing stops at the end of the current period.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), with each business's data isolated at the database layer, hosted in Australia in line with the Privacy Act 1988. We never sell or share your business data with third parties, and the full practices are documented on the OneBookPlus security page at onebookplus.com.au/security.
Is OneBookPlus built for Australian businesses?
Yes. OneBookPlus is Australian-owned, built in Melbourne, with GST, ABN validation and ATO-ready BAS reporting as the foundation, not an afterthought.
