OTAs take a cut of every booking they send you. This is the page that lets a guest book you directly instead. It runs on your own property URL, shows your room types with their photos, amenities, occupancy and rates, applies your promo codes, states your deposit and cancellation policy in plain words before the guest commits, takes the card payment through Stripe, and sends a branded confirmation. The booking lands in Stays in your dashboard with the rest of your arrivals, so there is no re-keying. OTA distribution is a separate problem and we do not solve it here: Google Hotel Ads, TripAdvisor and Tourism Australia ATDW are not connected, and there is nothing in this app that pushes your listing to them. When that changes, it will say so on this page.

Yes. A booking made on your own page carries no OTA commission. You pay standard Stripe card-processing fees and nothing else.
Will this list me on Google Hotel Ads, TripAdvisor or ATDW?
No. None of those are connected. There is no Google Hotel Center feed, no TripAdvisor sync and no Australian Tourism Data Warehouse distribution in this app. It is the direct booking page and the payment path, nothing beyond that.
Does it stop a double booking against my OTA calendars?
Not on its own. Install the free iCal Sync app to keep your Airbnb, Booking.com and Stayz calendars in step with your OneBookPlus availability.
Where does the money land?
In your own Stripe account. The deposit or full payment is taken at booking according to the policy you set, and the balance owing shows against the stay in your dashboard.
