About this app

This is not built. No trade supplier is connected to OneBookPlus, we are not asking you for a supplier login, and nothing lands on a job by itself. We are listing it because untagged materials are where trade margin goes, and people ask. When it ships, the intent is that a purchase made on your trade account arrives against the job you tagged at the counter, with your markup applied and the GST split out, and that you approve or override it before it reaches the customer's invoice. We are not naming the suppliers until an integration is actually agreed with them, because naming a supplier implies a relationship that does not exist. What works today: add materials to the job as line items, or photograph the docket onto the job, and the parts sit against the job for invoicing.

How it works

  1. 1

There is nothing to connect yet, and we are not asking for a supplier login

  2. 2

Register your interest here and we will tell you when it lands

  3. 3

Until then, add materials to the job as line items or attach the docket photo

  4. 4

The job carries its parts through to the invoice either way

  • Multi-tech teams reconciling materials across crews
  • Anyone watching margin disappear into untagged purchases

About OneBookPlus apps

How Trade Supplier Sync fits into the rest of OneBookPlus

Most OneBookPlus apps are not external integrations wired up between separate products. They are native modules installed inside the same platform you already use for invoicing, bookings, CRM, and accounting. That means Trade Supplier Sync reads from and writes to the same customer records, financial entries, and calendar events as every other module, with no scheduled sync delays and no risk of data drift between systems.

Because the marketplace runs inside OneBookPlus, billing is consolidated. Trade Supplier Sync appears as a single line on the same OneBookPlus invoice as your plan, so you don't end up reconciling separate vendor charges across three or four different SaaS subscriptions. Cancellation is one click and never reaches into your data. Uninstalling an app removes the feature from the UI but preserves the underlying customer, invoice, and booking records, so reinstalling later picks up exactly where you left off.

Every app in the marketplace is built specifically for the Australian small and medium business context: GST and ABN handling are first-class concerns, dates render as DD/MM/YYYY, currency defaults to AUD, and the underlying compliance plumbing (BAS summaries, ATO-friendly records, AHPRA / NDIS / Fair Work checkpoints where relevant) is shared across modules.

For a side-by-side of which features ship as core modules versus which require an installed app, see the features page. For pricing across plans and which apps are bundled at each tier, see the pricing page.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about Trade Supplier Sync and the OneBookPlus app marketplace.

Which suppliers will it connect to?

We are not naming any until an integration is agreed. Naming a supplier on a page like this implies a relationship, and we do not have one to point at yet.

Do you want my trade-account login?

No. We are not asking for supplier credentials, and you should be careful about any software that does.

What do I do about materials in the meantime?

Add them to the job as line items, or photograph the docket onto the job. Either way the parts stay with the job and carry through to the invoice with your markup and GST.

Every app in the marketplace

These answers are the same whichever app you install.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts on any OneBookPlus app. Uninstall from your dashboard at any time and billing stops at the end of the current period.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), with each business's data isolated at the database layer, hosted in Australia in line with the Privacy Act 1988. We never sell or share your business data with third parties, and the full practices are documented on the OneBookPlus security page at onebookplus.com.au/security.
Is OneBookPlus built for Australian businesses?
Yes. OneBookPlus is Australian-owned, built in Melbourne, with GST, ABN validation and ATO-ready BAS reporting as the foundation, not an afterthought.
