Add OneBookPlus as a trigger or an action in Zapier and wire your business into more than 8,000 other apps. Fire a Zap when an invoice is paid, a quote is accepted, a booking comes in, a contact is added or a job is scheduled or completed. Create invoices, quotes, contacts, bookings and jobs back from anything Zapier can talk to, and look up an existing contact, invoice or job first so an automation updates the right record instead of creating a duplicate. You connect through a secure sign-in and consent screen, with no API key to copy, and if you own more than one business you pick which one to connect. Prefer a different automation tool? OneBookPlus also sends HMAC-signed webhook events you can point Make, n8n, Pipedream or your own endpoint at. The connection itself is free; you only need your own Zapier account to build and run the automations.

Your records stay in OneBookPlus, and the connector pushes events out to those tools and pulls their results back, so there is one place the customer, invoice and booking data actually lives.
Because the marketplace runs inside OneBookPlus, billing is consolidated. Zapier Connector is included free with every plan, so installation just enables the feature in your dashboard. Cancellation is one click and never reaches into your data. Uninstalling an app removes the feature from the UI but preserves the underlying customer, invoice, and booking records, so reinstalling later picks up exactly where you left off.
