OneBookPlus sends a review request against a booking, and the link opens a short form on your business profile.
Why it is tied to a booking
The review link carries the same private token as the booking it came from. That means a review can only come from someone you actually served, and each booking can leave one review. It is the difference between a review section worth reading and one anybody can fill.
What the customer sees
Your business name, a star rating and a comment box. Nothing to sign up for and no account to create.
Where the review goes
Onto your public business profile in the OneBookPlus directory. If you would rather send customers to Google instead, the Google Reviews app handles that ask separately.
If they have already left one
The page recognises it and does not ask twice.
Next
Automate the ask with automated Google review requests, or send it by hand from the booking.
