Put your branding on what clients see

Where your logo and business details actually appear, what size the logo should be, and which parts of a document branding does not reach.

Branding in OneBookPlus is one logo and one set of business details, applied in a few specific places. Here is exactly where they land.

What carries your branding

Your logo and your business details print on:

  • PDF invoices
  • PDF quotes
  • The emails that deliver them

That is the set. If you are looking for colours, fonts, column names or which fields print, those are document appearance settings, not branding. See customising your invoices and quotes.

Getting the logo right

Upload it from Settings, then Business Profile.

  • PNG or JPG
  • At least 200 pixels wide
  • Landscape or square. A tall portrait logo gets squeezed into a wide slot and looks it
  • Transparent PNG if your logo has a background you do not want

The file is resized and optimised after upload, so a large clean original is better than a small one you have already compressed.

The details beside the logo

The name, ABN, address, email and phone that print next to the logo all come from the business profile. A logo on a document with no ABN still is not a valid tax invoice. See setting up your business profile.

Changing it later

A new logo applies to documents from that point on. Invoices and quotes you already sent keep the logo they were sent with, because a client's copy and your copy have to match.

What branding does not reach

System emails about your own account, such as billing notices from us, are from OneBookPlus and are not branded as you. That is deliberate: an email about your subscription should look like it came from your supplier, not from you.
