Keep your menu up-to-date so your POS always reflects what's available.
Menu Categories
Categories organise your menu for easy navigation in the POS:
- Go to Menu Management
- Click Add Category
- Enter a name and sort order
- Drag to reorder categories
Menu Items
For each item:
- Name and description
- Price (GST-inclusive is recommended for display)
- Category assignment
- Dietary tags: V (Vegetarian), VG (Vegan), GF (Gluten-free), DF (Dairy-free)
- Available toggle: mark items as unavailable without deleting them (e.g., out of stock)
Quick Updates
- Toggle availability directly from the menu list
- Bulk edit prices or categories
- Reorder items within a category using sort order
Tip: Mark seasonal or sold-out items as unavailable rather than deleting them, you can bring them back any time.
