Frequently asked questions
OneBookPlus accepts CSV (Comma-Separated Values) files. Most tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Xero, and MYOB can export data as CSV. Make sure your file has headers in the first row. Date formats should be DD/MM/YYYY or YYYY-MM-DD.
Yes. Go to Settings, then Export Data, select the data type (Invoices, Expenses, Contacts, etc.), set an optional date range, and click Export. You'll get a CSV file you can email directly to your accountant or open in Excel.
