Apply a scope template to a job and its checklist loads onto the job. Seventeen come with the product, across ten categories: bond cleans for New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland, standard and deep residential, commercial office, strata common area, medical end-of-day reset, Airbnb turnover, carpet steam clean, window, and six builders clean templates covering residential single and multi-storey, townhouse, commercial fit-out, retail tenancy, and civil and sheds. Copy any of them and set your own inclusions, or save a job you have already scoped as a template. Every template carries a state field, so the bond inclusions your state expects stay separate from everyone else's. On the job your cleaner ticks items off, records a skip reason on anything that could not be done, and taps Before or After on an item to open the camera, with one photo linkable to several items so a single kitchen frame covers the stovetop, the rangehood and the sink. Send the client a read-only link before the job so they accept the scope with their name against it, and again afterwards with the photos attached, or print the scope. Does it track harness inspections or heights-safety training?
No. There is no harness register, no anchor-point certificate field, and nothing in the schedule that stops a cleaner being assigned to a heights job. Keep your heights-safety records in your own register and keep checking currency yourself before you roster anyone above ground.
Does the medical template produce an accreditation evidence pack?
No. There is no accreditation reporting, no chemical register, no SDS storage and no staff training or vaccination tracking. It gives you a per-visit checklist with photos and notes that you can print or share, and nothing more.
Does it schedule short-stay turnovers around checkout and check-in?
No. There is no checkout-to-checkin scheduling, no travel-time blocking and no linen or consumables count. You schedule a turnover the way you schedule any other job, and the checklist is what makes it the same every time.
Can I roll several strata buildings up under one manager?
Not as a strata-manager grouping, and there is no twelve-month service-delivery report. Each building is its own client and its own jobs, and what you have per visit is the scope, the photos and the skip reasons.
Can I quote from the checklist?
Yes, as a starting point. The draft quote groups your scope items into line items by zone with the prices left at zero, and you fill in the dollar figures. Pricing judgment stays with you.
