Every tradie knows the awkward phone call: "can I add $X to do this?" while standing in the customer's hallway. On-Site Variations replaces that with a tokenised approval link. The tech adds a variation with title, description, and amount; the customer receives an SMS, opens the page on their phone, draws a signature on the canvas, and one-taps Approve or Decline. The audit trail captures the signature image, IP, and user-agent. Approved variations with a fixed amount automatically become invoice line items when the job is billed.
