Live Customer Tracker is OneBookPlus' built-in version: the tradesperson taps an ETA preset (10/15/20/30/45 mins), the customer gets a tokenised public link via SMS, and the same link they used to check job status now shows a live countdown that turns amber when the tech leaves, red if they run past their promised ETA, and green when they arrive on site. A late-tracker alert cron pings the dispatcher automatically if a tech is running 15+ mins past their promise so they can call ahead.
