Date Range
Use the selector at the top to view data for:
- This Quarter / Last Quarter
- This Financial Year / Last Financial Year (Australian FY: July to June)
Financial Summary
- Total Revenue: sum of all paid invoices in the period
- Total Expenses: sum of all approved/paid expenses
- GST Collected: GST charged on your invoices
- Net Profit: Revenue minus Expenses
Outstanding & Overdue
- Outstanding: total value of unpaid invoices
- Overdue: invoices past their due date (needs attention)
Monthly Ledger
A 12-month view showing:
- Revenue vs. expenses per month
- Invoice counts
- Percentage changes
- Running totals
Expense Breakdown
Top 6 expense categories by amount, showing where your money goes.
Reports
Quick links to detailed reports:
- Revenue Report: monthly income breakdown with GST analysis
- GST/BAS Report: quarterly tax data for your BAS
- Outstanding & Aging: unpaid invoices by age bucket
- Profit & Loss: full P&L statement
