Expenses & Accounting

Photograph the receipt from Bunnings, Costco or the linen supplier, or drag the PDF in, and the scanner reads the supplier, date, GST and total so the expense lands against the job without you keying it in. Record host payments against open turnover invoices and the outstanding balance updates as you go. Once you cross the $75,000 GST-registration threshold, every tax invoice carries your ABN and 10% GST automatically.
