Yes. OneBookPlus offers a free plan that includes basic invoicing, contacts, and bookings. You can upgrade to a paid plan anytime for more features and higher limits. No credit card is required to sign up.
OneBookPlus is designed for Australian small businesses across all industries including trades and construction, health and beauty, professional services, hospitality (restaurants, cafes, bars), retail, freelancers, and more. The app automatically enables the right features based on your industry during onboarding.
Yes, two ways. On iPhone and iPad, install the OneBookPlus app from the App Store. On Android and everywhere else, open onebookplus.com.au in your browser, sign in, and use Add to Home Screen from the browser menu. The article "How to Download the iOS App" has the App Store link, and "Setting Up the Mobile Web App (PWA)" covers the home screen option.
OneBookPlus uses passwordless sign-in by default (Google or magic link). If you need to reset anything, go to Settings, then Sign-in & Security. You can also sign in with a new magic link sent to your email at any time.
Go to Settings, then Business Profile, and enter your ABN. OneBookPlus will automatically calculate 10% GST on invoices and quotes.
Yes. Go to Settings, then Import Data, and upload a CSV file with your contacts. OneBookPlus will map the columns automatically.
